The black-eyed peas had no taste whatsoever; no onion or garlic, salt, pepper, etc. Same with the ho-cake, dry with no flavor. The cabbage-collards were really good. They don't cook any of their veggies/peas/beans with meat. That works for me, cause I don't eat pork. The red velvet looked questionable, but turned out to be delicious.
