Where to even begin with Jonathan? I first contacted Jonathan back in Spring 2019 to plan my Fall…read more2020 wedding and I was impressed right off the bat! He was upbeat and professional while walking me through the various packages he offered. He had a lot of great ideas and was genuinely so excited, even over the phone. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Jonathan was completely on top of things. He reached out immediately after booking him for the contact information for our coordinator and photographer so that he could sync up with them. Throughout our entire wedding planning process, Jonathan checked in regularly and offered his help with details, including sample timelines and tips on wedding planning. About a month before the wedding, he sent us a very thorough questionnaire to acquaint himself with all the details of our wedding and scheduled a call to discuss everything. Let me just say that I truly appreciate how much effort he put into getting our wedding day perfect. In fact, Jonathan took the initiative to schedule some time with our venue to do a walk through since he had not shot a wedding at our venue before. We did not even learn he had done this until our coordinator mentioned it! We know that 2020 was a hard year for all wedding vendors, so we were truly grateful and touched that Jonathan was completely understanding when we had to postpone our wedding and that he let us postpone without any additional fees. On our wedding day in 2021, Jonathan and his second shooter arrived on time and went right into action. My now husband and I didn't have to think about anything! We felt comfortable with Jonathan as he prompted us and effortlessly walked us through everything. Jonathan gave us a minute long sneak peek video the very next day! The video was better than I could ever have imagined and it was so nice to relive our beautiful wedding day, since it's true what everyone says, that it's over in the blink of an eye. We also loved being able to share the video with our loved ones, especially those who were not able to make it. Book Venture Outbound - you won't regret it!
