For those of us that have organized a major party, we know preparation is a lot of work. Jon was so helpful and professional. He knew exactly what we needed and what he needed. He scheduled site visits to the restaurant on his own. He took a lot of work and worry off of our shoulders. Let's talk about THE day. He was ready and on time. He came to the restaurant and notice that the restaurant's sound system was not so good and offered to bring in his system. He got the system delivered in time ( a professional quality sound system) and did not charge me for it. Also it was obvious that Jon has worked Chinese banquets before. He knew what pictures to take and anticipated our needs. Let's talk about his work - it was fantastic. Both the stills and the video were of professional quality. For the stills he recommended that we order the larger prints through him but he also gave us digital copies on a CD so we can order the smaller prints on our own. Jon took the video clips taken and wrapped it around professionally and tastefully done captions, graphics,and music to create a video journey of the evening.
