ZERO Stars! Actually my experiences have been nothing but negative stars. I will NEVER do business here no matter what. Recently, Fillabong up'ed their inventory game and I have been giving them my business. But NEVER AGAIN! ... heck naw, I won't go, heck naw, I won't go, heck naw, I won't go!!! On 9/2/2024 @ 11:51pm I drove up, the open sign was on, the door unlocked, I made it just on time to purchase a sleep aid. I walk in and a gentleman with short/brown hair had the register drawer pulled out on the counter and was going to start counting the drawer. I glance on my phone and say " I made it just on time it's 11:51 (they close at 11:55pm). He gave me gnarly glare. Another budtender with shoulder length brown hair was standing on the opposite side of the store. I glance at the edible selection quickly and then ask the shoulder length brown hair dude " I can go somewhere else if you want me to I feel bad"... dude says with a snarl " we're the only ones open". I take a quick pause and felt so uncomfortable and humiliated by the way they were treating me that I turned around and proceeded to leave and I said " I'm out of here I'm not doing business here being treated this way". I can care less if Fillabong was the only ones open, if that's the case why are you treating me so poorly as if I'm desperate and HAVE to do business there. NO WAY am I going to an establishment to give them my business and then be treated terribly and feel completely embarrassed. I can go without and wait another day and go to a dispensary that treats their customers with basic dignity. Hands down the budtenders are insanely rude. No way in this world am I going to give business to disrespectful mean people. Not happening. .... I'm sorry for cheating on you ButterBuds.... I'm coming back forever. I have NEVER EVER been treated poorly by them. Sure the selection can suck but people will go where they can receive respect and kindness. Bye bye Filla**!!! ... last week when I went the budtender with white blonde hair slicked back in her ponytail proceeded to have a conversation with me trash talking regular customers that come into the store and why she doesn't understand why they don't buy quantity so they don't have to come in the store frequently. This was said in a negative tone. Ummmmmmmmmm, I'm sorry huh?!!!!! Some peoples financials are based off of tips or better yet, it's an adult "candy store" and it's fun to go in person, try a new brand, have a human experience BUT not at Fillabong. I left one star. Because I have had a good experience here in the past. HOWEVER, seems there are some new employees who don't understand customer service - or realize that there are many other dispensaries. I am a medical patient. I spend quite a large sum of $$ on my medication. IT WILL NOT BE SPENT AT FILLABONG. I questioned the Budtender as to why FILLABONG was the only dispensary that took 10 minutes to apply my medical discount and was told "You don't have to shop here!" He's right, I DON'T. AND I WILL TAKE MY $600 a month business ELSEWHERE. In today's economy I think that perhaps you would want employees who work hard at keeping customers. Maybe I'm just Old School when it comes to that. Last I checked, being a Budtender meant having an attitude of helping and not being an arrogant little child. No worries though. I am staying in the Silverdale area and had to check the local shops...I finally ended up in Fillabong and it was the most welcoming and comfortable shop so far!!! The bud tender was very knowledgeable and she was very nice...I had such a great experience that day I went back on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Brandon.
