Each visit is the same, no greeting, no acknowledgment, no "how can I help you," and an overall attitude that makes you feel like you're bothering him by simply being there. What really crosses the line is that he clearly knows my husband and is friendly and conversational with him, yet treats me with coldness and disrespect every single time. That kind of selective behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable in any customer-facing role. Customer service should be consistent and respectful for everyone. Management needs to address this immediately, either retrain this employee or remove him from a customer-facing position. Because this has happened repeatedly and nothing has changed, I will not be returning to this location.

Also, she cannot lock the door and leave to get the propone. She doesn't have a key. They must wait till not a soul is in the store. We waited over 20 minutes for her to get the tank. She kept saying she was sorry but seemed to rather be enjoying herself with a smirk on her face. Bizarre! Will never stop for gas or anything else again.
