Honestly, I don't know how good a pharmacy they may be. But here's my experience from the other…read moreday. I went in for some cough drops and there were no price tags on some of the brands. I took a Luden's 30-count and I went to the back counter and there it was scanned and I was told that it was $3.15. I went to the front of the store to pay for it and as I placed it on the front counter, the guy there said to me, "$4.00" without scanning it. I gave him a look and went back to the back counter where I was told that I could pay up front but after some back and forth I indicated that I preferred paying it in the back. The guy from the front actually called out to the back person that it was $4 but she scanned it again and gave it to me for the $3.15 scan price. Decide for yourself what to make of that.

They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Can you imagine walking into Walgreens or Rite-Aid and saying "my grandma can't tell the difference between these two pills since they are both white, small and round so can you get her a different brand?" and them actually doing it? Well, this pharmacy did it and continues to do it for her every month. Their prices are good for a neighborhood pharmacy and they truly seem to have everything. I've never had to wait long, and it's nice to go into a pharmacy where the staff will go the extra mile to save you money. It's not the prettiest place around, but you won't find a better, more accurate and accommodating place to get your meds.

I called them verified that they had the medicine and they would be open. I asked ok so since you opened and you have the medicine I can come now to get. I get their and what happens. First I have to wait as expected then they say we don't have one of the medicines. I said why didn't he say that when I called, ok fine nevermind which one fine just give me the other ones. Then they say oh we have to deliver to you we have to order. I was like are you serious then why did he say I could come suppose I lived far away not my fault he doesn't know English (not nice of me I say it when there's a miss understanding between clear verbiage with one changing what was said). Then I said don't fill it I'm changing pharmacies. This is like night and day. Everyone I spoke to in person and over the phone. First I went in hoping I could easily switch right then and their. Of course had to come from my Doctor. Then I went to my app changed and called them back. They were so accommodating. I went back to the store. Instead you stand there and then you have to say loudly, "hello?", just to get one of the TWO people at the counter to look up from their phones. This is the only pharmacy that provides a compound prescription I need according to one of my doctors but I loathe coming here. Yes, I have tried the delivery option but BOTH TIMES they had my address wrong in the system and BOTH TIMES they gave the delivery driver the wrong apartment number in my building. When I corrected it with the pharmacy, the delivery service did not double check or update it on their end so they sent it to the wrong apartment unit again. I asked them to redeliver it to the correct unit and because the delivery driver didn't want to get in trouble and ask for a refill of the same prescription they refused. So now, I have to take off of work to go in during their very INCOVENIENT hours to argue in person with the counter. Nine times out of ten they don't speak up and they can't spell, it seems, because after giving my name and date of birth THREE TIMES they claim that they do not have me in the system. Today they asked me if I am new despite seeing me come in every single month. Then, when I finally got the prescription, the young woman snatched it back to me and said it needs to be mixed. Umm, I don't know what that means; do I need to mix it at home each time before applying it to my skin? Is it a solution that I shake? I stared at her, she stared back at me. I finally said, can you please explain? She said they need to mix it in the back on site at the pharmacy. So I had to spend even more time waiting. Hire and train competent staff. Be friendly.
