My vape got ceized by security in the Dominican Republic as they are not allowed in your luggage. I believe that the customer service rep (a Russian guy) knew this and that is why he was looking at me odd. I called him when I was back in Toronto and said we could recify this situation if I was able to get a replacement unit at cost. He was unwilling to accomade me. We went in to find some good juices, and the prices are insane - $15 for 30ml juices. Whaaat!? The juice is strong and DEFINITELY juicy. It also doesn't leave that burnt taste at the back of your throat like a lot of cheaper juices do. They have a whole bar where you can try - no pressure from the sales representatives. You can try as many as your heart desires.. or until you get lightheaded. Their flavours are some of the smoothest and best I've had. They also have a deal right now (or maybe always) buy 5 juices, get 1 free. Their prices are extremely reasonable, not only for juices, but for the vape setups and mods as well. I've asked around many shops and another shop sold the exact same thing for $150ish, while nyx's setups went for $95-100. I may come here for a new vape soon... The guy that helped us is super helpful and friendly, which is important extremely in these kind of shops. He even offered us a membership program - points for everything bought. I am now unable to take my medicine and now I know that the reason is because of their shady business practices. But much to my delight, it's become my favourite vape shop in Durham. They have a HUGE selection of e-juices, with sales going on all the time. It doesn't always mesh with my favourite flavours, but the prices are so affordable that it really doesn't matter. And they customize the nic levels in the e-juices so you can get exactly what you want. Plus, the staff remember faces and greet you the next time you come in, but in that chill, laidback way where you feel part of things without it ever being too nosy. Only downsides: -coils are expensive :( -the tester e-juices are a) not always available to try out, and b) come in cheap little pens so there's hardly any flavour to suck on.
