Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. I have no complaints with the movers, but the receptionist should have told me that they didn't take checks. Since I only had a quote I didn't bother getting cash and had planned to pay with a check. As I was writing it out, one of the movers said they didn't take checks so he contacted his office for them to send an invoice to my email. Tried to pay through invoice site but it just kept freezing on me. So today, I have to call and see if they can run my card through their system. When they arrived at my house. I asked them about the shrink wrap. They said they didn't have any. They didn't wrap anything. I had to pull comforters and stuff out of my containers to put on top of wood because they were just putting wood on top of wood. That's what caused all the scratching. Some items were just thrown in the unit on top of each other. When I called the company to see if they were willing to replace the broken chair I told them they can even take this one. Just replace it with the a new one. I got one response from them and then they said they would call and they never called. The reason I hired them was because I am originally from Youngstown and I support all Youngstown companies businesses anything. But I am extremely disappointed in this. If you own a company, you should step up to the plate and replace broken items or at least contact a person back. If you're licensed and insured it would have been covered. Anyways, all I'm saying is if you want to be an owner step up to the plate and man up in contact the people that are trying to support you in your business.
