This is the type of customer service that I expected yesterday. I really appreciated that Numark, took my concern seriously and took the time to reach out and see what they could do to make the situation right. Thank you again Paula for your help. My second bad phone experience with customer service there from Antae, without going into detail which I will happily do if ever contacted by Numark customer service manager, when I told him I wasn't confident he could/would help me because of his rude and aggressive attitude I was told then come into the branch office and ask for help, and he disconnected the call. Having worked at a credit union in the past as well as managed financial institutions for 32+ years. I am well aware of the necessity for discretion and safeguarding members sensitive financial information. I am also aware of how to deal with the public and deescalate situations, not further enflame them. This is the second time being spoken to rudely by him, the first time I wrote it off because I could get the information I needed in another way. Today, they deposited MY check from TownCenter into MY account at Towncenter. Then acted confused when I asked for my money. I went in and told them it was not a deposit, but a withdraw. They then showed me someone else's check for a payment on their loan. They explained that I had made a payment on my load and handed me the check. Well I don't have a loan with TownCenter and that was not even my check. I later looked at my account and they had taken double the money out of my account. When I called I was told that tomorrow all my money would be available. They need to learn the difference between a deposit and a withdraw, maybe they could ask a Third grader to explain it to them. Also, make sure you count your money prior to leaving, more than once they have shorted me money... Maybe counting is not this banks thing.
