Other PNCs have long lines, and this one is so nice because you can walk in and they always make time for you. They also offer Finacial coaching way better than other places to the point where I don't even need to see a separate Finacial advisor. They're super nice, fast, professional, never made a mistake in all 3 years I've been with them. I think the staff actually might like working there and aren't faking being happy. The staff actually learns how to pronounce your name, and I have a super long last name. Great service, but the best part to me tbh has to be how there's never any lines and it's so fast to go there. In and out instant. No other bank has served me that fast.

Our business is expanding Ohio and we needed a bank account in the state. After reading the reviews…read morefor this branch of Citizens, I decided to reach out. I could not be more pleased with the level of communication, thoroughness, and customer service the bank has provided. My initial phone conversation was with Ven Achanti. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure he fully understood the issue and followed up quickly over email to get some further information that we discussed. I then had a call with Bob Naegele and Bogdana Alba, who wanted to get an understanding of the business and our requirements to make sure they could be of assistance. Both Bob and Bogdana were friendly and knowledgeable. Once we all agreed that this was the right fit for our business needs, I flew out to complete the account opening process. Upon arrival at the branch, I was greeted by Ven who was just as nice in person as on the phone. I then met with Bogdana who efficiently moved through the process and was very nice and easy to work with. Bob then stopped in to say hello and see what else they could do to be of assistance to our business. All in all, a great experience. If you are a business owner in need of a bank, this is the one. I'm confident they would look out for your best interests and will do things correctly. Great job Citizens Bank Berea!

A lot of blue accents, with a very lake vibe and it was also reminiscent of the blue colored Chase Bank logo. It's in the same location of the former 5/3 Bank, to avoid confusion. The front of the building faces Lakeshore Blvd. with a nice lake view. I went there recently and worked with banker Diana for my financial needs. She was professional, personable and patient. She answered all my questions and got the results I was looking for. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. I might also add that this particular location does not have an auto teller, you have to go into the building for transactions other than using the ATM and night deposits. I was told that they took the tubes away for the tellers during the renovation. I'm sure it's for safety reasons as well. I've been with Chase Bank for years now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, specifically at this location.
