Work completed was a full demolition of a basement which was hiding black mold behind all finished walls and major efflorescence was showing on bare concrete block walls. Jessie and her team spent their weekend removing the mold, triple treated and scrubbed disinfecting the mold, electrostatic fogging the entire house, then dry locked the walls prior to the next step in my rehab which is waterproofing. They even went steps beyond and capped existing water lines that ran to the bathroom, so they are out of the way for the rest of the renovation. Not only did they do that but they also put in junction boxes for all the existing outlets that were in the walls so I can tie back in if needed. They work 7 days a week and are easy to work with on the schedule. They follow all EPA guidelines and standard procedures which include protecting the areas they are working in. They removed band new carpet that was wet for less than 24 hours after having already dried it within 48 hours. They did not ask to remove the carpet or do the chemical floor treatments they did. They did not provide an estimate beforehand and no one there communicated that they were going to destroy our basement. They then slapped on a 5000.00 charge to do work we never asked them to do.
