Rick provided photos of the problem areas & a competitive price to resolve the issue. When Joe & Joey (yep, 2 Joe's) arrived to perform the work, they did so professionally and with great care to protect our home. The job took a few hours and our attic ventilation was restored. I appreciate the care both men took & the quickness of the company in responding to our problem. Highly recommend Scott, Rick and the employees at Unified Home Solutions.

He took the time to really get to know me and my needs before starting the process and handled the insurance claim like a pro (very experienced and knowledgeable). I was kept informed of what was happening at all times and Dave was always available for questions. The crew was amazing! They finished as fast as possible and did a great job protecting my landscaping and cleaning up so well that it looks like they were never there, except my house is so much better. What sets Dave apart is that he truly cares and he goes the extra mile to make sure everything is beautiful and working as it should. Now I can move into the future worry-free with a beautiful home and if another project comes up in the future I know who to call.

The communication from Mighty Ducts was awesome and clear. The technicians arrived on time and were efficient and quick in their work. They explained everything they were doing and answered any questions that we had. They were polite and professional. Considering it's been decades since this house had its ducts clean if ever, the price was very reasonable. There was no dust or debris left behind anywhere. Highly recommend this company, especially because they use the negative air pressure system which leaves virtually no trace behind that they have been there.

Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.
