We had torrential rains a week or so ago, and it messed up the balance of the Pool so I reached out to the technician that was assigned to me and he informed me that he's no longer with this company. I told him I was not aware of that situation I said sorry for bothering him, but that I like to call him first because I don't feel comfortable calling the owner since he's moody. This former technician then told me that there were other customers that felt the same way that are no longer with him. The next morning, I get a text from the owner telling me that he doesn't know why I called. my former technician to complain about him and because of that he's terminating my service. Didn't ask me what happened or asked me why I feel uncomfortable to call him just assumed. (the conversation was obviously repeated back to the owner) The owner has a you're YOU'RE WELCOME attitude not a thank you for your service attitude. That in itself is a reason that I would not recommend this company. I am a small business owner myself. If I had a customer that compained to my husband about me or me about my husband, the last thing I would do is tell them to get out of my store. I would call them and say, why do you feel this way? How can I fix it. That's why we've been in business almost 50 years. We and cherish our customers . Without them you don't have a business.
