We hired them to install guttering and down spouts around our house. They were early, fast, and very professional. This was actually our second time to hire them. I called Rain Guard and they had a person out the next day to inspect my home and give me an estimate. When I called to have the guttering installed, they were able to fit me in within a week of my call. They arrived after I left for work and were completed with the job before I got home. And, I have not found any debris that would indicate they were there. They did a great job cleaning up, the only way you would know I had guttering done was if you saw the battered gutters from the hail prior to seeing the pristine installed guttering. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend others do as well.

They arrived promptly, told me it would be about an hour and a half, and they finished in slightly less than that. The guy that came out to do the estimate (sorry don't remember his name) and Marco, the installer I spoke to were extremely professional and courteous. The final price was the same as the estimate. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in need of services for your guttering.

Then I kept being promised they were going to come and installed a two foot space that was left uninstalled with the premium guards that I purchased. After that their phone was disconnected, and their email address deleted. The gutters do look nice, which is why I didn't give them the lowest star, but I would not recommend them at all because customer service is the most important aspect of business. Rain Guard failed miserably, and I still have to find someone to install the part of the guard the wasn't installed.
