We did have some issues with our electrical, because it was very powerful. But luckily we got it early enough to solve the problem by renting a generator. Hooked it up to that baby and 0 outages. My friend booked a mechanical bull for the weekend, and the forecast showed clear rain. They reached out early to figure out a plan, and the owner still tried to drop it off and stated we had nothing to worry and that it would still be capable of being worked in those conditions...(?) last I remember, water & electricity don't mix TOO well together. A mechanical bull in the rain feels unsafe, and it felt like their priority was focused more on the payment instead of the people using the equipment. We even asked, "what happens if--when in [for sure] doubt--the bull malfunctions because of the already mentioned inclement weather?" They responded with that we'd just have to pay for the damages...HUH?! Like, we're asking we can't have it anymore, take it back. They ended up cussing my friend's dad out over the phone and it just wasn't a well-handed ordeal whatsoever. The website lists descriptions for the items, and I went through the whole thing. The cancellation policy for weather never appeared anywhere. When people rent something this big, it helps when the business makes sure customers understand the rules upfront. My friend planned ahead, and the situation still turned stressful. I want this place to succeed& clear communication builds trust.
