I decided to give UPR a chance to supply me with tables and chairs for my annual 4th of July party and I am pleased to say they did an excellent job from start to finish. Everything was delivered exactly on time as promised. The tables and chairs were clean, and the pickup service was prompt after my party. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend UPR to anyone in need of a party rental service, and I myself will be using them again in the future.

FEELING SCAMMED - I was planning to rent chairs from this company for my wedding. They provided me…read morewith a quote, and I paid a deposit to reserve my date. One of the first red flags was that I was never sent a contract or any terms and conditions to review or sign. After getting an uneasy feeling, I decided to read through their reviews (which I admittedly should have done beforehand). Based on what I found, I no longer felt comfortable risking a vendor potentially ghosting me or failing to show up on time for such an important event. I notified the company of my cancellation four months in advance and politely requested a refund of my deposit. Freddy informed me that the deposit was non-refundable. However, this policy was never disclosed to me, was not included in any contract, and is not listed anywhere on their website. I attempted to resolve the matter privately, but my messages ultimately went unanswered. Transparency and communication are essential when planning a wedding, and unfortunately, my experience with this company lacked both. I cannot recommend a business that fails to clearly communicate its policies and then ignores customers when concerns are raised.
