I called the store and was told to come back, but once I did, they said the balloon had a hole and refused to refund, replace it, or even try to fix it with tape. When I first left the store, the balloon already didn't look fully inflated, but I assumed it was intentional. Clearly, that wasn't the case. Very disappointing experience. I won't be supporting this place again. For me it's not about the money but the way they handled the whole situation.

I found him through Instagram and though I was initially hesitant, Hilbert did a wonderful job streamlining the process in order to bring my vision to life. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and incredibly professional. One of the things that initially stood out to me was how well-organized and professional his website and social media are. It made the planning process so much easier because his site included a clear inquiry form, detailed descriptions of what to expect with each package, and plenty of high-quality examples of his previous work. Having that level of transparency right from the jump gave me a lot of confidence in hiring him. What I appreciated most, however, was how thorough and dedicated he was to bringing my vision to life. During the inquiry phase, he asked me to send over inspiration photos. He then took those ideas and created a custom mock-up to show exactly what he had in mind for the space. Seeing that visual representation before we even finalized everything was a total game-changer and ensured we were completely on the same page. The final display was stunning and exactly what I had hoped for. Additionally, I felt like he was very collaborative and offered some great creative suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. The day of - he was on time and went above and beyond to ensure that the display was secure in the windy weather. Initially I thought that I wanted a balloon arch for my sister's wedding shower, but I actually fell in love with how they made signs with cascading balloons. My sister and her fiance had a tropical theme for their wedding shower, and I worked with the Bloom Balloon team on customizing the colors and adding tropical foliage to fit the theme. However, I still do stand behind the inconvenience of ordering with Cute Balloons** I was going to be a repeat customer. This time I had time to plan and it wasn't as last minute. I will not be attempting to return as a customer nor do I recommend this business. I had a very straight forward order but because he didn't have the colors and type I wanted, the process was stretched out. There was a lot of back and forth with photos and questions. 24 hours later, I realize this is not how it should be. Based on my last experience, I knew I needed to ask questions and request for photos to get options. Because his "green" meant light green when I want a hunter green but he ONLY has the light green and told me he has "green" and would have provided that green to me if I didn't inquire more about it. After a while, it seems like I was directing the sales. To help the guy out, I told him not to blow up every shade of balloon but just take a single picture of the unblown balloon so that I can choose from it. And blow it up if I want to see how it looks like blown up. After that ordeal, he gave me a new quote that was close to my previous order (which had 30 more latex balloons). Basically this time $200 for 50 latex, 10 foil stars, numbers 1 & 0, and delivery. When my last order was $250 for 80 latex, 12 foil stars & delivery. Plus, we gave him a tip even though I was a bit on the fence of doing so. When inquired about the price this time, he concluded that each foil number was to cost $15. For a balloon business, choices are lacking. Eric has no concept of different shades of colors. Definitely has no interests in returning customers. We are a balloon loving party family. So we have had experiences with ordering balloons and blowing up balloons ourselves. I am very disappointed that this local small business is not quite trying to be what they are made out for. Now I'm just more mad because I wasted more time to write this review because I was unhappy with my experience with the balloon man. After I press "post review", I will forget about this business and let go of the angry feelings I have because, damnit! I have a 10 year old birthday party to plan.

I contacted several balloon companies and while most of them either didn't get back to me at all or quoted me outrageous prices, Jasmina was the only one who was responsive and kind. We got on a phone call where she explained her prices and the process involved in making a balloon arch installation. She sent a proposal the same day and her prices are fair. I want to note that it takes houuuurrsss to build a single arch (I've tried it before and never again lol) and I know there's a balloon shortage too. Expect that any balloon arch won't be cheap, but boy do they make a statement! My bridal shower was boho themed and Jasmina was able to create the balloon arch of my dreams! I skipped the pampas and rattan peacock chair (which she can offer btw) to fit my low budget, but the result was still AMAZING. The balloon arch was such a hit with all my guests and it was the #1 spot for photos at my party. Overall, Jasmina was prompt, responsive, professional, and honest.
