The staff is friendly and helpful, although sometimes they can be a little hard to find when you need assistance. Ultimately i left because I couldn't find the type of shrimp I was looking for, and they have a Hot Wheels section which is at the highest price point I've seen on this side of my life, their prices are eBay scalper prices minus shipping to be honest. They really do need to rethink the prices on the hot wheels ,they are ridiculous pricey. ,and we almost left with nothing but my grandson did however come away with this BMW for a couple of bucks more than I wanted to pay but it was ok priced.,anything for the grandbaby.. well almost anything he only got one. Overall, a solid Albertsons. If any manager is reading this you have a $1.25 items for $5 and $5.99 items for $10.99 and or $16.99 ,please change those prices I can't see anybody paying for that. I don't understand why this place has such a low average rating. Upon briefly reading some of the…read moreone-star reviews, it is apparent that those are absolutely insufferable people who race to write a one-star review after they were not treated like a God after likely being a nightmare customer. Shame on them! It's a really nice grocery store that's conveniently located, and the prices are generally pretty great, especially if you look for what's on sale. What are people expecting this to be? It is way more pleasant shopping at this Albertsons than it is to shop at a Walmart neighborhood market. The cashiers are nice and there's usually not a long line. My closing rant: if one employee is "mean" to you, ask yourself if your attitude was the problem or contributed. Or, maybe they are having a rough time since they're also human. I have been mean before by the way, not claiming I am better than anyone else. Just not writing a nasty review about it. The optics wouldn't be in my favor.

The only issue I have is they never have enough people working the registers, but they will call for help when it backs up. Customer service is the backbone to every business, some will pay more for upgraded customer service!

They have a very good selection of vegetables and fruits and also have a really good Deli. My favorite is the chicken pot pie that day don't serve every day but seems to be there when I show up and it's one of the better things they have in the deli other than the crab salad is the only thing I get from there.. in most cases you want to show up around 5:00 because most of the food is been refreshed from the lunch time and you will get a good selection for dinner. They also have a great clearance section with items such as coffee that they no longer sell and pet items that are on discount for the month. The only drawback I have here is is usually only one register open when there's about six people online but luckily another register usually opens up about 3 customers later or when somebody has a large basket.

Cashier Edward was incredibly friendly, funny, and so easy to talk to. He made checking out quick and effortless, and when I realized I had forgotten an item, he was so patient while I ran back to grab it. He never made me feel rushed and kept such a positive attitude the entire time. I also had the pleasure of talking with Calen in the meat department. I came in looking for filet mignon, but since they were sold out, he took the time to recommend the next best cut. Not only did he explain why it was a great alternative, but he also taught me what to look for when shopping for steaks in the future. His knowledge, friendliness, and willingness to help really stood out. Both Edward and Calen were personable, funny, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. Employees like them are what make shopping at Sprouts such a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond, and I left the store smiling. Sprouts is lucky to have such outstanding team members!
