Came to this Sprouts because I was actually wanting something light and refreshing to enjoy and eat for lunchtime. There are these sandwiches that you can customize and make your own at the deli section, and I love getting a nice turkey sandwich. So I came in from out of town to visit my dad and had heard there was a new location opening. So I had to come check it out. Everything was neatly organized, the ambiance was amazing. And everyone was so helpful. After I gathered all my groceries, I headed to the front. My cashier was Matthew and he really placed the cherry on top of the cake for the experience. He complimented my bad bunny shirt and was super sweet! His energy from the beginning to the end of the transaction was 100/10 and was extremely knowledgeable with all the questions I had about the place. Driving through Bakersfield for work and when I see a sprouts in the area, I just have to check it out because it's one of my favorite markets. I wish I had this exact one in my area, everything about this location was just better. From the cleanliness, to the staff. All the staff was helpful in finding exactly what I needed and the cashier was great. I was expecting a long wait because the line was pretty long. But Rebekah was a pro! I stopped in because I read that they are the only store left in the area to carry my beloved la terra fina quiches. And there they were as promised. I'm so grateful. While I was there, I checked out the rest of the market and was completely amazed. It was like a combination of Trader joes and Gelsons. So many amazing quality food items. I loved the pre prepared gourmet dinner trays. Wow. Just like eating at moms. And the exotic soda. A little pricy but very impressive. I will pay 2.50 over and over for more cans of their 50 calorie Olipop Banana Cream soda or that Amazing Raspberry Poppi soda. And there were little surprises around every corner including manager specials where I could put some fresh produce in my cart for 99 cents. I grabbed a new salad dressing I had never had called Kyoto honey ginger. It was the most amazing dressing I had ever tried. I wouldn't know where else to find it so I have officially become a regular Sprouts customer. For that, the quiche, and everything else I mentioned. And there is so much more to try. For a new location opening up recently, I went into this Sprouts location yesterday. As Im going in for a few grocery items I walk and skim through the deli. I witness by the back table behind the meat slicer an associate with the name tag of "Rachel", who was picking at the prepared foods and physically putting them into her mouth and eating them. There were a more than a few countable consumptions. Then after eating them, Rachel proceeded to work on the food she was preparing Anyone looking forward to shopping with them shouldn't need a consideration of reassuring their food safety procedures are being followed and not handled correctly. read more

I alway have the best experience when shopping at this location. First off, the parking lot is always clean and there's always a clerk collecting carts, to ensure customers have a cart available when walking into the store. I'm always greeted with a smile by more than one clerk when walking into the store. The clerks always are willing to help find a specific item when I'm struggling to find what I need or giving a recommendation of new items similar to my first choice. The store is alway clean and very well organized. Produce is always fresh with a variety of vegetables and fruits. I highly recommend this location to every resident in the area. read more

Our family is so very grateful, Sprouts opened up a store on the southside of Bakersfield, and the greeters to the Meat Dept to Floor staff Cashiers and managers, all, who are present and there to help us find what we need, and knowledgable about what is one sales. and where. things are located. We truly feel welcome as it is run like a local family friendly store. Aisle are clean, the fresh produce is well stocked and neat and tidy, and the sales wall is so very much appreciated as ability to use the Sproutsapp to order pickup orders and catering for the holidays. NOTE: Their organic turkey and organic spiral ham both were amazing for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and they prices were amazing. First time coming in and it kind of reminded me of Trader Joe's so I asked the cashier for a recommendation and Matt or Mathew I can't remember his name was so great.
