We found this restaurant about a month ago. Went for the second time today. Some of the best fajitas I've had anywhere. Today I had the steak, chicken, and shrimp fajitas. Came out fresh and hot. Good service, very nice booths for seating. I wasn't complaining the first time, but the salsa came out less chunky today, which made it even more delicious. We'll be back, and often. read more

Food, service, ambiance! Not a fancy place but charming and a huge portion of delicious food.

Bland, crabby jose server, nice place though. Would not return nor recommend. Tacos al pastor were good. Everything else was bland.

We were visiting the campus of Sewanee, the University of the South,, and decided to take a ride down the mountain. We were looking for something to eat dinner and happened upon Fiesta Grill. It had great ratings on Yelp so we stopped in. There was quite a crowd eating, but we were able to get a table immediately. This restaurant has more of an open floor plan, so don't except a romantic setting. We started with frozen margaritas. My favorite is the peach. They had the typical complimentary salsa and chips which is always a crowd favorite. To me, their salsa was execeptionally good! For dinner I ordered my favorite go to dish a bean burrito with rice and beans. It was your typical Tex Mex fare. The service was ok. It was some times hard to find a waiter. However, they were having to run around a lot because there were so many people. read more

Our go to restaurant for Mexican. The food is great, service excellent, salsa is the best around and the decor is perfect. We have never gotten a bad meal or a bad drink. Cousins come up from Huntsville to eat here. We moved out of Cowan last year but go back weekly with our "Thirsty Thursday" group. The owner always thanks us and double checks to see if everything was to our liking!! Thank you Fiesta Grill!! read more

In town for a visit, fiesta grill was recommended. Service and food was great. They made a special combo for me and it was great. My wife had the fajita quesadilla and loved it. All servings very generous and very good. Glad we chose to go! read more

This restaurant is always clean and the food is always freshly prepared and delivered quickly. There's not a lot of food places to choose from in this area, but this one deserves a visit. read more

Will definitely go back. Everything was a excellent. Chips, salsa, food and Margaritas all impressive. Staff was great and service was fast read more

Wow! Very, very pleasantly surprised by this great little restaurant. Service was fast, staff was attentive and polite. Food was exceptional, and having lived in Albuquerque for years we know the difference between good and "oh my, that's interesting." Oh yeah, and they even serve margaritas and sangria as well! Bottom line, we'll be back! read more

This has been my favorite go to restaurant for many many years. I've dined in and ordered out and both experiences were pleasant. The restaurant is always very clean tables always wiped clean and silverware spotless! Had many different menu items and all are great!! All their meats are always juicy never dry and rice and beans always good! Their desserts are heavenly can't go wrong with any of them. My favorite thing is definitely the spicy salsa. read more

First impression? Very clean and nice atmosphere. One word to describe the food and experience? Amazing! I have to say this is hands down the best Mexican food I've eaten to date in the states. I live in Florida and I've never had Mexican food this good in 15 years of being in Florida. And Florida has an abundance of Mexican restaurants. From the time of ordering I had my food in less than 10 minutes!!! It was crazy! I've never had food served this fast and hot in a sit down restaurant. Ever. I had fajitas with shrimp, steak and chicken. It arrived sizzling and looked incredible. The beans and rice tasted awesome and fresh. They give you 4 tortillas which is nice because after 3 I was almost full. The chips and salsa were very good and they even asked if we liked spicy salsa and brought some out for us to try. We ordered a side of guacamole before the meal and it was very fresh and yummy. The servers refilled my drink on the fly and I never had to ask for a refill. This is my biggest complaint about most restaurants. I ended my meal with a deep fried ice cream and I'm sure glad I did! It was delectable! Very glad I was brought here by some friends of mine. Great experience and a reason to visit Tennessee more often! read more

Really like this place. Servers are friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and plated nicely.

Excellent, authentic Mexican food in Cowan, TN of all places! Try the Fiesta burrito - fantastic!

Average overall = meh. Good sangria. Clean atmosphere. Not enough waitstaff. Waited over 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken. Asked three times for water. Server had too many tables to give proper service. Food lacked flavor. Salsa is kid-friendly = sweet. Fiesta tacos also kid-friendly w/ shredded American cheddar not Mexican cheese. read more

Nice Mexican food with prompt service. My son's recommended for our party. Good suggestion.

Great food, friendly faces, and quick service. Nothing more you could ask for. Traveling for work from Nashville and really pleased.

Great service, greater food. I would recommend any of the burritos. The food came fast and was absolutely delicious!

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the Tullahoma, Winchester, and Cowen area. Friday night we went to eat and had about a twenty five minute wait. The town of Cowen was alive with Christmas parties and downtown sales so it seems we all had the same idea, go eat. After being seated our waitress came over introduce herself as Raye. We figured we would be in for a wait on our food orders and settled in to some refreshing drinks with salsa and chips. We were pleasently surprised when our food came out hot and quickly. Raye was slammed and so so attentive to every need of her clients. We watched her move from table to table taking time to make everyone feel at home but also immediately take care of everything they requested. After our meal we spoke to the cashier who happened to be the owner. We complemented the food the staff and the service. He told us he only had three people working the grill and yet this restaurant put out massive amounts of food in a very timely manner. He bragged on his workers. I told him he should be proud great management makes great restaurants. We are so looking forward to our next visit. read more

Great find!! We were driving though and thought about continuing on to a bigger town but stopped to grab a bite. So glad we did! The food was excellent, the service was superb, and the place was clean. No complaints! read more

The menu is full of wonderful dishes. The chips and salsa they brought to the table were delicious! Great salsa! It had just enough burn! We decided to have a pitcher of sangria. The pitcher had to be a half gallon! Thank goodness the sangria wasn't too strong! It, too, was delicious! I ordered the Fiesta Burrito. The flavor was good but it was way too salty! They lost half a star for that. They lost the other half star because no one stopped by to ask us anything! My husband wanted a glass of water, but we couldn't get anyone to stop as they rushed around. read more

Food and service is excellent. To avoid the crowds we eat a late lunch or early dinner. The building is quaint and not at all what I expected to find in this rural southern town. We love the food, service and atmosphere. read more

Just rode ten miles up on the Swanee mountain trails so we were hungry. Good choice of beers on tap, food was good, atmosphere was great, service was great. It was after the lunch hour, maybe two o'clock, so the only other patrons were two cattle ranchers and one drunk chick with them. We think we will go back for another mountain bike ride and eat there again, so in my book if you'll drive an hour to eat there and go back, it's a great place to eat. read more

This is our favorite Mexican place in Franklin County. The food is always very consistent and good. The menu is not overwhelming with choices like most Mexican restaurants. They are always willing to tailor the choices in the menu to your personal taste. read more

Great salsa, guac, and cheese dip! my favorites are the fajitas or fiesta burrito. The sangria is a no go, though.

This was our first time here. We would highly recommend this restaurant. Top notch service and the quality of the food was unbeatable. A lot better than our local Mexican restaurants! read more

Unexpectedly sophisticated decor in such a small town. The staff was attentive and friendly. Service was timely, even a bit quick for a leisurely dinner with margaritas. The food was hot and fresh. The fish tacos were well prepared with a bit of heat in the salsa. The fajita quesadilla was tasty - the steak was cooked perfectly. The margaritas were cold, but a tad more tequila would have made them even better. Overall, a yummy Mexican dinner experience. read more

Love this restaurant! The food is delicious. The service great. The prices reasonable. Best Mexican and Best Restaurant in the area.

Quite a surprise find in Cowen TN. Good solid Mexican food in a very nice atmosphere. Good service too. For something lighter try the grilled steak tacos (yum, and not slathered in cheese and sauce). For the cheese and sauce route, I like the chimichanga. There's an added bonus if you have a little boy who loves trains as they go by just across the street. They're pretty regular, but you can ignore them easily if they're not your thing. read more

Amazing food, very fast and at an incredibly low price! Huge beers and margaritas for $5

This is one of the best Mexican Restaurants within a 25 mile radius of Cowan. I have been to every single one in Winchester, Tullahoma, Manchester, Monteagle etc. and none are as consistently good as this one. I recommend the fiesta platter it is a lot of food though. You may want to take some home. The chimichanga is of course very good also. They also have salsa like you used to get before the quality in most Mexican Restaurants started to suffer from cheap ingredients due to higher food prices and lots of competition I suppose. read more

always fast, good, and friendly! Good beer on tap too! It's a can't miss little Mexican joint. Recommend!

Love this restaurant! I have been dining at Fiesta since it opened in Cowan. This is one of the few local restaurants where I've never had a bad meal. I love the crazy chicken, the soft chicken tacos are a favorite and they also make a good margarita to boot. Everything on the menu is great in my opinion. The food is simply always good, the service is fast and the atmosphere is casual and relaxing. Everyone needs to dine at Fiesta at least once. read more

Great food, fantastic service, nice ambiance, reasonable price. What's not to like?

Food was perfect! Not like most Mexican food chains! We had taco soup, beef enchiladas, rice, refried beans. A little spicy but not overwhelming. I don't like real spicy food. Didn't try the dessert but they looked good. Atmosphere was quiet and no rowdy people (Sunday night). They serve alcohol but we weren't impressed with the selection. They had plenty of waitresses and servers and we were seated and received our food quickly. However, once we had our food and drinks, seems we were forgotten. We needed our waters refilled and finally had to wave someone over. That is the only negative. read more
