(Pulling up soap box) Fiesta Chevrolet Edinburg Bert Ogden Chevrolet Missionn so in the quest to find the perfect vehicle my wife did extensive research and looked up car buying tips ... we located the perfect vehicle online ....we test drove it .. we really like it .... Time to talk numbers ... we went to Fiesta Chevrolet~Edinburg,,Texas we made our offer...they didn't even try to counter offer waisted 2 hours ... so we decided to go to where the vehicle was which was at the Bert Ogden Chevy in mission ....their offer was 4k more then the price from Edinburg mind you this is the same company owned by the same dealer group. How can the same exact vehicle have a $4000 price difference? The dealership and Mission explained to us that this vehicle was most likly a traded and they lost money in the trade-in so that money that they lost, is being pushed onto us ... now I think the salesman mission did his best hats off to him. But Why does purchasing a vehicle have to be so back-and-forth how can the same vehicle just miles apart have a $4000 difference. The salesman in Edinburg was boasting that their dealership pushes out 3 to 400 trucks a month. Can you imagine the amount of money that is going to that dealership but yet they could not work on a $4000 deal mind you this was a for sure sale ... pre approved through our bank .... I do not recommend by any means purchasing a NEW 2024 CHEVY TRAVERSE or any other vehicle at this location . Expect to have multiple issues with the vehicle in addition to customer service being at an all time low . We purchased the vehicle less than a year ago and have had non stop problems almost every other month. The issues first started two weeks in with the air condition going out on a BRAND NEW CAR. Air issues continued almost every other month. Then, 4 months in, the brakes started squeaking horribly , and the entertainment system went out on us . We could no longer rely on the vehicle as each time we would drive it , we consistently had issues . After taking our vehicle in to a Chevy location closer to us multiple times , we finally decided to take it back to Fiesta in the hopes that they would amend the situation; but all they did was offer for us to trade it in at a ridiculously low rate. We talked to multiple managers who would not help us and even met with the general manager of the location who also told us the would not trade our vehicle out as it would " cause them to lose money". We were advised to leave the vehicle with them so they could look it over and try to fix it themselves. Sure enough , they found the same consistent problems with the vehicle. We were given a rental car ; and called constantly to check on the update as we were paying a car payment without the vehicle . After two weeks , we called again and were told by the service dept " try calling me next Thursday and I'll see if I have an update for you . There was no concern that we are still without a car THAT WE ARE PAYING MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON. After two and a half weeks , we were told our vehicle was ready . We were then met by rude customer service staff who treated us extremely poorly because we did not drop off the rental first before coming to the dealership even though we explained that we had car seats and needed to bring them to the dealership before dropping off the rental . The service dept person (E) was extremely rude and continued to roll her eyes as we did not follow directions . We later found out that they have personnel on staff that would take the rentals back for us but we inconvenienced them because we needed to bring back the receipt from the dealership . We had had enough at this point and asked (E) for some copies of all the times our vehicle had been in the shop as we had filed a claim against General Motors with the BBB after the dealership refused to help us. (E) claimed they could not get us those reports and I had to remind them that they were the ones who had printed them the last time and we needed an updated one based off of the work they had done this time around. It wasn't until we told them that we had a claim with the BBB that the whole demeanor changed . Somehow , before we left that day , they were able to "find and print" the reports we needed , a recall just happened to come out as we were about to leave and we were asked to stay an additional 30 min as they wanted to make sure they fixed it before we left . (E) proceeded to bring us our keys with a big smile and thanked us for being there . I do wish that had been the way we were greeted from the get go . Now to present , we had a final inspection from a General Motors field engineer. Our vehicle is still in the shop and they do not have an ETA on some brake parts that are needed to fix the vehicle among other concerns that were found . We are going on week 2 again without a vehicle that we ARE STILL PAYING FOR . In conclusion : 1. Do not trust any of the vehicles purchased at this location . 2. The service department is not there to serve you , but to serve themselves. 3. Buying a vehicle from Fiesta means you will have a car payment but will not have a car to use , regardless if you are given a rental . 4. Keep in mind we still have not had this car for a YEAR , and they refused to help us with the exception of offering a patch job each time we go in. After this experience , I can tell you 100% we will never purchase another Chevy again. read more

While the buying experience is important, the customer service after the sale is also important. On Wednesday, I called to inquire about the title to my car. It has been more than 60 days since the purchase took place. I called the main number, and the receptionsist /telephone operator transferred me to some department. I left a message and they never returned my phone call. I called again and this time I told her that I needed to talk to a live person. She transferred me the finance department where I talked to Robert. This is one rude individual! Made excuse after excuse as to why I had not received the title to my truck. He said that my vehicle had just been titled. Titled after two months? He hung on me when I was talking. I called the receptionist back and explained what had just happened and she laughed. When I called her out on it, I asked her whey she had laughed at the situation to which she denied, of course. She found it funny that the Robert from Finance had hung up on me. I asked her then to transfer me to someone that could help me and tell me when I would be getting my title. She transferred me to another finance guy who was clueless. All he help saying was that he was new. So it has been more than 60 days since I purchased my truck and I still don't have an answer as to when I will be getting the title to my truck. Please tell me how hard is it to tell a customer when they will getting their title? Where is the communication? My next step is to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! Even for a bowtie loyalist - this is a new one. An alleged policy change for the service department means if your vehicle is over 7 or 8 years old, THEY WILL NOT WORK ON IT!!! My Silverado needs a computer repair and she's over the alleged policy threshold. The attendant I spoke to told me they would not work on her and could not recommend a proshop or any other place to service. She did eventually say they'd take my vehicle if it had an extended warranty. What??? So you have the tools, equipment and personnel to work on the unit, you just choose not to. Shame on you for bamboozling your customers. If you are a business - BEWARE - white fleets are usually intended to stay in your company for longer than 7 years (basically the term of your financing) and then --- bye, bye... your unit needs service - no can do at Fiesta. What a shame! Go elsewhere, do not go to the Bert Ogden Group - the folks at Fiesta wouldn't even recommend their partner dealerships for service. My husband and I got a BRAND NEW 2024 vehicle back in late October. The car was then taken to get a transmission issue fixed and has been in repair since May 4 and we are now in JULY. It's so hard to get a hold of anyone! They keep giving us the run around and won't solve anything. Don't bother with them! If I could give 0 stars, I would! I have NEVER been so dissatisfied with a dealership in my life! Not only did they openly ADMIT to not doing used car checks before completing sales, but they have technicians who aren't attentive to the work they do on vehicles. The vehicle has been in their possession repairing issues they should have caught from the beginning more than I've had it in possession. Creating mass amounts of emotional distress, safety issues and unnecessary financial burden as well as burdening others who have to lend me a vehicle or their time to drive me places I SHOULD BE DRIVING MY "NEW" truck too. When I asked to speak to the GM, he was conveniently "not in today" and the staff dismissed my concerns. I was told a loaner car could be given while they repair the death trap they sold me, but regardless of covid legislation regarding expired licenses, no exceptions could made despite my horrible experience and extreme circumstances so now I'm stranded 1500 miles from my home, my kids and my family. I live in Brownsville , I saw a Tahoe online and called to see if they had it In stock. I talked to Royce and gave him the stock number and waited for a few minutes while they checked availability, I was told it was at the Fiesta Chevy location. I drove from Brownsville which took me about an hour, just to get here and be told that the Tahoe was at another dealership. I asked which one so I could head that way to look at it and they were hesitant to tell me. After waiting for about 10 minutes Abraham (a manager) comes to me to tell me that the Tahoe had been sold a day ago. I'm disappointed because I made sure to call ahead of time and confirm the unit was still available, I drove an hour with the intention of purchasing this vehicle just to find out it sold a day ago. Horrible service due to unprofessional manager who's name is Abraham. He was very pushy from the beginning. Then, we were under contract to buy a truck but our financing started late Friday so it wouldn't be finalized till Monday however, it was a 100% guaranteed sale. The sales guy put the truck in the back but the manager wanted it put in front to be sold. We were told it was customary to leave a $500 non refundable deposit to hold it. However, manager intervened n said he wanted $1000 from US. We passed by the dealership a couple of hours later and they had sold the truck and had no others we liked. Horrible service, went for an oil change on Friday afternoon, they said it would be 3 hours (just for an oil change). I waited and never received a call regarding the status of my vehicle. Saturday morning I call the department and no one answers. The call kept getting transferred to the main BO hub and the ladies there didn't have any status and could not get a hold of the service department. After calling and texting them I head out to the dealer and what do you know the car was ready. No apologies for the delay no communication and they charged me 110 when on the site it says 79 for an oil change. Ricardo service advisor was clueless and didn't even bother to call me. I bought a car a couple months ago. Early August to be exact. I never received any of my paperwork. I never got a call about my plates. My paper plates are expiring in 2 days. I went to go ask where the service center was, a man outside under a tent was very rude to me. The lady inside the service center did not address any of my concerns or point me to where they could be addressed. My brother addressed my check engine light issue instead because neither of us liked the way things have been handled when dealing with people at Fiesta. My husband was so excited to finally have a truck again. We looked here and he fell in love with one. Of course they showed him the WRONG ONE which was over his price range (not sure if this is a sales tactic or just scammy behavior) but none the less it worked and he fell in love with the more expensive one so we purchased it. Then we had signed all the paperwork and then they conveniently LOST IT so we had to re-sign and of course when we re-signed it had a higher interest rate. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE RED FLAG WHERE WE SAID NO AND WALKED AWAY. They then had our plates for forever we had to call to see what was going on... terrible customer service. I've currently tried calling them like 5 times and no one has answered. I need the paper work for our purchase ANOTHER RED FLAG why did we not receive any paperwork?! Also I absolutely think they scammed us on a lot of "add on policies" that we had to have but I don't think that's legit. We traded in his car for 13k and the truck we were purchasing was like 32k so easy math 19k but no somehow our loan is for 26k... again I should know better and walk away. Not happy at all. Although I have not dealt with this dealership, I have been to others of Bert Ogden, and I have to say their practices are all the same. I am not exactly sure how BO sells the number of cars that they do, considering the underhanded sales and financing tactics they use. They sold a friend a car as new that had already been titled to someone else. When they tried to right the wrong, they failed then too. My friend was told that in order for her to get the plates, she would have to take the car to be inspected. Isn't that part of the TT&L? She received three different paper plate extensions before she finally received the permanent ones. They are crooks. I have bought my vehicles in San Antonio or in its surrounding towns. I did lease a Subaru from them, but the entire buying process took over 8 hours. I will never again give any of the BO dealerships my time or money. read more

This dealership has the worst customer service I have every experienced! Last Saturday, the check engine light came on in my one year old truck with 19,000 miles. My wife took the truck to Fiesta Chevrolet, and they told her they could not look at it, so she scheduled an appointment for this morning at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:55 AM, and upon check-in explained to the service rep that we called OnStar and they diagnosed the problem and specific error code. I explained that I had a very busy day and if the service call was going to take a long time that I would need to use a courtesy vehicle or come back. In and out no problem, I was told. An hour later when I asked how it was looking, rep told me that the mechanic was just starting on my truck because he had to do something else first, but not to worry, won't take long. I asked for a courtesy vehicle to make an it to an appointment, but was told that that was only possible if they need to keep the truck, but not to worry, done shortly. 2 hours in, I asked to talk with the service manager, Alfred. I explained the situation, and my frustration, and he apologized and said he would personally check on it. He returns to tell me that the mechanic is just starting on the truck, and it would be done soon. 3 hours in, I was told by the service rep. that the mechanic was just waiting to start on my truck but was still waiting because the engine was too hot to work on. After wasting 3 hours of my time, when I specifically made it a point to express the need for timeliness, I told them I would no longer wait, that I wanted my truck now. If you enjoy being lied to, disrespected, and put-off, this is the place for you!! read more

STAY AWAY - Horrible Internet Sales Service I dealt with (was bounced to) 3 salesmen over the course of a month, provided 3 separate (cash) offers (one in writing) for a low mileage used p/u truck and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. I explained to everyone that I spoke with that I live 300+ mi from Edinburg, preferred to trade-in and thus needed to negotiate remotely. As requested, I sent 8+ photos of my trade-in, VIN, etc. and utilized Fiesta's website portal to KBB to assure my requested trade-in credit (about 1/3 of my targeted truck's price) was well within KBB's trade-in value range. I stressed that I had cash for the remainder purchase price. FIESTA never said "yes" or "no"... just "I'll get back to you." Fiesta never called me back. Still, I kept seeing my targeted used p/u truck for sale on Fiesta's website...and the listed price dropped twice during this period. So each week or so, I phoned back (or e-mailed)... got bounced around, made another offer, heard "I'll get back to you" and NO RESPONSE from Fiesta. We didn't appear to be more than a few hundred $$ apart in price...but, who really knows!?, Fiesta never called back. And, I was reluctant to drive 5 hrs. to Edinburg, given Fiesta's behavior. This went on a MONTH. I tried again two days ago (bounced to new salesman) Again, I was told: "Yes we've got the truck and I'll take your offer to my manager." 24 hours, no response from Fiesta. Yesterday I phoned again and was told the truck had been "sent to auction several days ago." The truck is still listed on Fiesta's website. As is suggested on other Fiesta reviews on this site, I phoned to talk to the Gen Mgr to voice my frustration. I explained to his Admin that I had a really bad experience with his sales staff and wanted to explain it all to him, rather than write a critical review (this one). I got a garbled voice msg this morning (no name given, apparently from Fiesta) saying that the truck I wanted is no longer available. I have been calm and respectful to every person at Fiesta that I dealt with. The truck REMAINS listed on Fiesta's website. read more

My father and I had gone in to inquire about a used Chevy Tahoe, and the used car sales manager Tony Flores was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to my father and I. If you're disrespectful to me, fine, I don't care much for you or your lack of professionalism, but to my father, who has gone through so much and accomplished so much for myself and my family, I will not stand for it. To see that he still has a job there is completely beyond me, but it says a lot about the way Bert Ogden is running its business. Anytime someone is seeking for a new or used vehicle, I try to steer them away from Fiesta Chevrolet so they won't have to go through the BS so many others, including myself, have gone through. In the case you do wish to buy a vehicle from Fiesta, make sure you check everything on the quote, they try to sneak in additional costs such as the "Millennium coat" which is just a regular wax that is about $2000. (They snuck that in the quote to offset our proposed trade-in). I'm glad to say we did buy a brand new 2015 Silverado LT from a Chevrolet dealership in McAllen, and they were far more professional and respectful to my father and myself. My advice is to avoid this dealership and look for place that will respect you as a customer and a person. BONUS CONTENT: Bert Ogden Subaru was so much better, I believe Matt was my salesman (not sure if the name is right, but he is a vet and the Subaru Guru of the store). I was supposed to be meeting a sales person I made an appointment and when I arrived on time I let the sales person know I was here and never responded. 15 minutes go by still no answer and text him again letting him know exactly where I was at and 5 minutes later finally calls to find where I'm at.. so first of all very bad first impression he was a friend of my cousin and seemed really eager to help when he was telling my cousin for us to go by and then when we get there has the worst attitude and no enthusiasm AT ALL! First of all buying a car is stressful enough and to know you're being taken care of someone who doesn't really look like they want to work is even more frustrating. So long story short wanted to trade in my car was waiting on a bid and the sales person comes back and says it's taking longer than expected if you'd like to take off I'll give y'all a call when we hear something so we left 2hours later nothing, another hour nothing finally I txt him asking for status leaves me on "read" and never responded. And still currently waiting. This guy never even wanted to work. Never ever going back. Horrible first impression. Don't give out your information saying you can help and then don't. read more

On April 7th, my elderly parents in their mid-70's met with sales sharks Oscar Morin, Alexis Ruiz and Abraham Castro to discuss details about features and cost of a new truck at Fiesta. Oscar Morin had my parents and myself on facetime reviewing cost specifics. I made it very clear to Oscar that the interest was too high and the payments were way above their means. I told Oscar I would see if I could get a loan on Monday elsewhere. He said, "no problem, since we are low in inventory, I am going to do the paperwork just to hold it and this also has a $1000 off promotions and I don't want them to loose it, if Monday comes and it cannot be done, I will discard the paperwork". I spoke to him on Monday and told him I was not able to get answers from my bank, therefore asked would you like my parents to bring the truck back? He said, " We can give you till tomorrow, that's no problem, mam, we can work something with you". On Tuesday morning, I called him left messages and never called me back. I called again and spoke to Jesse who told me to call back and ask to speak to Alexis . Alexis didn't answer, I left him a few messages and never returned my call. At that point, my parents brought the truck back to the dealership and told Oscar and Alexis that the truck didn't work for them and wanted their HHR car back. The general manager of the store said to my mom " you bought the Colorado truck, we don't have take the truck home type of deals". I called to speak to Oscar about this issue ( fraud ) and he along with the manager suddenly can't speak to me because I'm not the purchaser of truck. A few things: My mother said, as she was leaving the dealership to her HHR car when the salesperson ran outside to give her the keys to the truck and my mom said "why are you giving me the keys" he said, so you try it till Monday, therefore took the truck. My mother didn't receive any kind of contracts and/or agreements just the key for a "take home and try type of deal". My brother who was not at the dealership received an email at 6:22am on Monday , stating he purchased a vehicle at Fiesta, yet he was never there. My parents do not know even know what a email is so this alone is identity theft. You want to taken for a ride, send your parents and friends here! read more

Since I bought car I was having issues with the car.I took it back to sales person and he took it in but didn't fix all the issues and told me to bring it back at a later date but neglected to tell me that he could only help me out if I brought it back with in the next 30 days, so when I did take it back I was told by Mr. Tony Flores that he could not help out because I took too long to take it back,even after I told him that his sales person omitted that information. I tried to talk to Mr. Perez in the service department but couldn't be found and Mr, Flores didn't return my call like promised. After over eight hours of waiting ,only the alignment was done on the vehicle. Brought our vehicle for service at the service center. Dealt with Marcy and service manager Albert, even though they never really helped. A/C repair was needed on our vehicle, they diagnosed it as compressor issue and quoted us $984 for replacement and repair. They kept our vehicle for 3 weeks and during that time, we never got any updates or new information on the vehicle. We would call them numerous times, most times no one would answer and when they do answer, they pass us around from one person to another, saying they don't know anything about the vehicle. They would then say someone would call us back, then rarely did. In the span of 3 weeks, we only had 3 call backs. Today, they say the car is ready and repair is finished. We paid for it in full, drove off, A/C still was not working. We drove it around a bit thinking maybe it just needed to kick in. After 30 minutes,still same result, A/C still not working. We brought the car back, spoke with service manager Albert. Now he claims that the issue is now the condenser, even though they did not run the car under diagnostic or even open the car again. They just conveniently knew it was the condenser and now THAT also needed to be replaced and repaired. He quoted a price of $750. This is ridiculous service. Unprofessional, untimely, and Albert still did not acknowledge that they did anything wrong or that their service was untimely. 3 weeks for a repair that never resolved anything and now conveniently we need to pay for extra things to really "repair" the A/C. I do not recommend this place. If only I had read their previous low ratings, I would have not taken my vehicle here in the first place. We brought the car for A/C repair, 3 weeks later the A/C still isn't working and we lose $984. Never update or keep in touch with their customers. Terrible customer service, terrible timeline, just looking to add more fees and charges and add more repairs. They misdiagnose and later add more charges and more repairs. Take your car elsewhere. I thought a lot before leaving negative feedback but yesterday I just had enough!! My license plates had been sitting in the reception area for 2 weeks and no one bothered 2 notify me. So I would like 2 share my horrible experience with Fiesta. Never choose Mario bonaccorso as ur sells man be especially in the look out that eduardo in after market and valentin in finance are not ur guys to make ur deal happen this 3 guys bring shame to the dale gas business and have made me never to trust in them again. Mario is one greedy and dishonest guy he doesn't care about ones needs or 2 make the coustomer happy all he cares about is his commission. mario eduardo and valentin teamed up to screw us since the get go. They first changed the price to 40 when it was marked at 39885 when I caught the error they said sorry system mistake. My father qualified with 0 down yet they still lied that 2400 was the least we could give but they would add the dvd we wanted let me just say they priced the celing dvd at 2500 when its value is less than 900. So not knowing yet all they were doing things seemed to be going great they call my dad from a different room to say the down was 3000 not 2400 they lied and told my father I had seen everything and agreed my father no questions asked wired the money right away trusting I was making him a great deal. Then mario takes me to eduardo who he said was finance manager but in reality is after market. This guy really went out of his way 2 rip us off he added all kind of stuff more than doubling the price lied about how much higher the note was because my dad added life and disability. But because we were great customers he would give us free tint free alarm free gap insurance and cherry on top 2 extra free years of extended warranty. Wow we were thrilled it sounded like the best deal ever. It was all crap nothing was free eduardo still being a greedy jerk added the Millennium premium without my permission double the price and priced the dvd at 2500 . Meanwhile valentin the real finance manager was getting the paper work ready to over night it to my dad. Well to their surprise my mother had orders to send me pictures of all the paperwork as soon as they arrived. Because as the saying goes if it sounds to good it is 2 good. Always read contracts start to end most people get excited and can't wait just to drive out with their dream car and great deal they think they got. My father and mother do not speak or read English and it pisses me off to the core that this fools knew that! My dad would have signed trusting in me and that great deal I said we got.! ALL HELL RAISED IN FIESTA CHEVROLET. NO ONE AS LONG AS THE LORD LOANS ME LIFE WILL RIP OFF AND FOOL MY PARENTS. I preordered a 2014 corvette in late 2013 from Fiesta. I purchased tire and windshield protection at closing. I needed to replace a cracked windshield and was told it would not be covered by a third party insurance group b/c I had not taken it to dealership to apply clear vision. I faxed them a copy of my contract from Fiesta, and told them clear vision had not been explained at time of signing. Contract had a box with clear vision (either accepting or denying coverage) for initials. My initials weren't on the contract so I knew dealership had dropped the ball. I was told by third party to contact dealership. I personally drove my cracked windshield to Fiesta and spoke to Eddie(finance mgr.) I told him I had purchased similar coverage for my Mercedes and Range Rover and had never had issues with windshield claims. He said he would order a factory windshield. It would arrive in 7-10 days. After 2 Wks no contact from anybody at this crappy dealership. Again, I personally drive to the dealership. This time specifically going to the sales manager Trevino. Turns out windshield hadn't been ordered. So boneheads Eddie and Julio ( aftermarket sales) had lied about ordering windshield or failed to follow up on status of order. Trevino explains, rather apathetically what had happened. I explained to him as a business owner, there should be a chain of command. Fiesta deceived me by not explaining clear vision and it's coverage, not ordering a replacement and finally calling me to offer a pathetic duffle bag for the inconvenience. That's so petty. Sorry guys when I'm spending 80 grand on a vehicle and u offer a cheap piece of crap as compensation. That's PATHETIC!!!!!! I will never, ever buy from this dismal dealership. I will continue to buy from Mercedes and Rover. Unfortunately, it takes guys from outside the Valley to demonstrate what true customer service is. read more

Service is great. Ray and Robert are top notch and IF I decide buy there again it will only be because of the tremendous service staff. The sales staff and finance staff lied and cheated to get me in a vehicle and I am not a fan of any of them. read more

Rey in the Servive Dept was Great.Also Rey Lopes was Great. Finance department was horrible and the young woman that called me that my plates could be picked up was rude and unprofessional. read more

Ok customer care but warranty is not that great. They messed up my seat covers when fixing a recall.
