if I could rate this a -0 I would. Do not buy a vehicle form this dealership. the service is horrible, the manager and used car manager are the worst people I have ever bought a vehicle from. they never call you back. I had to call Infinity consumer to get amy results. these people should not be able to sell Infinity's. l bought a QX80 with problems, they looked at it twice, I don't believe it's just the way all infinity's run. I paid $79k for it and they said they would buy it back from me for $46k and the vehicle now only has 2500 miles on it. Ridiculous! if you are looking for a vehicle le DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY! read more

I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Infiniti Q50 on February 18th earlier this year via the phone. I paid full asking price less $800 due to the windshield was cracked. The only asks I had was front floor mats, touch up paint, and service records. My sales rep Leo agreed. When I took possession of the car it was very close to what my rep explained and the pictures he provided. The follow through on the mats, paint, and service records is where they failed. I sent over 10 follow up texts and multiple phone calls since March to the sales rep and still no mats, paint, or service records. I also sent 2 emails to the GM, Joe Norman, and have had zero response. I recommend to anyone working with this dealership, especially if out of town, to make sure any items agreed upon are delivered upon with the car or you will not receive them. read more

This dealership is a nightmare. Took them months to pay off trade. This is with me checking on it consistently. I was told multiple times that a check was sent only to follow up with the credit union to realize they had never received anything. Also, bought a certified pre owned that they couldn't find the spare key for. The purchase was contingent on the fact that I would receive a key. I was heavily reassured it would be sent. Also.. same as customer reviews before mine. Took forever to get my plates. I had to stay on top of them for every for literally every step along the way of the post purchase process. Service was great right up until the point they got their money. Sleaziest place I've ever made a big purchase from. Usually don't leave reviews but here I am stuck at home with my children because my wife and I switched cars this morning and she forgot to leave our one and only key with me On her way out. 50k for a vehicle and can't get a spare key. Or a single promise followed through with. I would leave Zero stars if I could read more

New management is on top of things! Buying a car was so easy. Will definitely reccomended this place to my friends and family

Update: after speaking with the general manager, things have completely turned around. Not only did he spend over two hours listening to what I had to say, he sat there and figured out a way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I know each issue is a case by case basis, but for him to listen and understand means more to me than anything else. I have turned my opinion around dramatically. Thank you for listening, BOI. read more

Funny you reply to the post about how bad your dealership is a year later lol that why you get one star.

worst dealership ever! pushy salesman the car he showed me wasn't the car they put on the deal. i didnt even get to test drive the car cause they sent it get detailed since i had been approved for financing already. They took the keys to my trade and would not give them back to us so we could go eat while they detailed the car and get paperwork ready, they pushed us into fianace the finance girl didn't even have the information she needed she had to call the sales manager and salesman over and over. When the car gets out of detail and paperwork signed it had rock hits on the windshield that they had patched up not replaced windshield.told them i was not going to take the car they gave me my car back and my deposit and said they would unwind the deal on monday cause it was saturday night around 8, well they didnt rally funded the car they have been telling rally they will send the check for payoff for nearly a month and stil have not done it.i have talked to evryone there and still can't resolve this read more

Communication is very poor. Multiple telephone calls are made and messages not returned. I purchased by infiniti from them and service after the sale is non existant. My temporary license plates have expired and I am trying to get someone to return my call to resolve the issue. read more

I understand electric cars are not their specialty but man our experience there was just bad. The only good thing that came out of it was that we got the car we wanted, after that it's been terrible. They forgot to put on our temporary plates and they called us to come back and pick them up; we waited and hour just for someone to get them out of an office. I've been back there 9 times and the service department is just terrible. They have been no help. Once we got home the first day we realized that the charger was broken. There i go next day to tell them and i waited another two hours just for them to tell me to order it ourselves and they would "reimburse" us; here we are 17 days later still waiting for our money because only one person can sign a check there and they had the day off. They haven't paid off our trade in and it's been almost a month. They make hundreds of thousands of dollars a week and and cant give me a small reimbursement. It's ridiculous. I'd give them zero stars if i could. read more

Thalia was my salesperson. She was very accommodating by having all my questions answered in a timely manner and a real go-getter! When it was time to purchase, Thalia and her director, Rene, really went out of their way to make things happen and to create win-win options. In the end, I purchased the car, and my lasting impression of the Bert Ogden Infiniti dealership team is nothing short of exceptional and very professional!! Thank you so much Thalia and Rene. I highly recommend this dealership to provide them the opportunity to earn anyone's business. read more

I have bought THREE vehicles here & took my mom to buy a vehicle here. You would think I could at least get a call returned. I have left three messages for the finance department or the manager to call me back, to no avail. I am owed a refund for my gap policy that was cancelled over six months ago. I will definitely be returning my business here. read more

Horrible service in every aspect. Initially to get me to purchase the vehicle their service was great until I made the deal. Took more than 2 months to get the previous vehicle paid off which dropped my credit score 85 points. Then to get an oil change I had to literally go off on them to be able to get them to schedule me in. Now I'm 5 months in since I got the vehicle and still can't even get my damn license plates. I've had a temporary paper plate extended 3 times. This is insane. Haven't had these kind of issues anywhere else before and I change vehicles every 2-3 years so this has by far been the WORST! Ohh and the manager is always in meetings so can't ever get back at me regarding my issues. read more

Mediocre service. I had a bad experience with the technician advisor Armando. He gave a bad and uncertain diagnose. I took my car to a certified place where they were able to diagnose properly and they were able to fix it. read more

There is a problem with my Nissan Rogue. I took it to Infiniti service. The service advisor Jordon helped me with the car. He is a very nice guy trying to offer as much help as he can. I appreciate it very much. I would go there again if I need more help. read more
