Service requested was wash and blow dry / rollers and trim but since I have a 4 year old she was not going to sit under a dryer, her appointment was for 11:15am we arrived 10 minutes prior, the appointment was booked with the owner Caroline and she greeted us and of course as any salon she was running behind no problem did not think it would of been the amount of time until my daughters appointment kept getting pushed back after she requested for her to have her hair washed and asked if I wanted her to get rollers put in and I kindly told her no so end result we waited 2 hrs 1/2 and in that time her hair had dryer on its own mind you her appointment was at 11:15am to be sat in her chair at 1:00pm a four year old having to wait all that time, ridiculous just to be charged $80 for wash dry and trim and no extras were added to this service no one especially not a child should have waited all that time. I would not recommend setting an appointment with this establishment if the time is not honored 2 1/2 hrs is blasphemy, overall service terrible customer care.
