The one who did my hair seemed annoyed she had to do anything that day. She was also about 7 months pregnant and had a 3 year old running around climbing on chairs. This is supposed to be a business not a playground so there isn't an excuse. Also, she was extremely rough and pulling my hair to the point it was hurting. Worst $40 I ever spent. She also didn't deserve the tip she got. I will never return to this shithole of a salon.

I came in for a wash and set and even brought my own products, along with two clip-in extensions that simply needed to be rinsed and dried. I specifically told the stylist that I didn't want excessive heat on my hair. She assured me that the process would be quick and that she would use products to protect my hair. The clip-ins had already been washed beforehand. All I needed was for them to be rinsed and allowed to dry under the dryer. Since I noticed the service was moving slowly, I decided to take the clip-ins home and straighten them myself rather than continue waiting. No rollers, blow-dry, or flat ironing were done on the clip-ins by the salon. When it came time to pay, I was shocked to be charged $90. I was told the additional cost was because of my extra hair, despite the fact that very little was actually done to the clip-ins. I simply cannot justify that pricing based on the service provided. To make matters worse, I left with my hair smelling burnt, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid when I expressed my concerns about heat. Had I not been pressed for time and needing my hair done for an event, I would have just made the trip to my regular salon. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I won't be returning.

This time around I was waiting patiently and had to leave because I had a prior engagement. I didn't expect to be waiting an hour after my last experience. Maria lacks professionalism and respecting a client's time. These are basic standards in any service industry. Sorry but I am not going back. I would recommend that people who value their time or cannot sit for prolonged periods spend their money elsewhere.

I took him to the salon this time because I wanted to get my hair done at the same time and they had an older gentleman cut his hair this man literally just took a pair of clippers and went to town on his hair cutting it every which way. I said nothing because after all, he's the hairstylist, not me, but after he was done, the owner of the salon had to go in and do some touchups which was already a red flag. Fast forward two months and my son's hair has not grown back in the same at all it sticks up which it's never done before. He's almost 2 1/2 so his hair has been cut many times now and it's grown back many times and it's never happened like this to where his hair just sticks up constantly. I took him back to that original hair salon for kids and they did the best they could, but I still have to use a ridiculous amount of gel on his hair and even still his hair sticks up. I called to ask if they can cut a toddler's hair and they said yes, but they should have been honest and said no because now my son's hair is ruined for as long as I can see.
