Not only does she not listen to that clients request, but she was visibly upset because I asked to detangle my own hair after she tried to aggressively dry brush my curls out from the roots. Once the color was done and I told her I wasn't happy with how streaky and unblended it looked. I also told her I didn't like the color because it's much brighter than the reference picture I showed her. She said she would gladly fix it but didn't want to "over process" my hair so she asked me to come back in when I have time. This was on a Saturday and they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. I called back on Wednesday to schedule an appointment, to which she responded with threats of charging me again if I didn't come in before Saturday because she has a policy of 1 week only. When I told her She never shared this policy with me before, she said " I'm not talking to this annoying girl" and hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again.
