I told her I wanted a balayage because I wanted it to be blended and didn't want any color starting from the roots and she did the complete opposite. Not only does she not listen to that clients request, but she was visibly upset because I asked to detangle my own hair after she tried to aggressively dry brush my curls out from the roots. Once the color was done and I told her I wasn't happy with how streaky and unblended it looked. I also told her I didn't like the color because it's much brighter than the reference picture I showed her. She said she would gladly fix it but didn't want to "over process" my hair so she asked me to come back in when I have time. This was on a Saturday and they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. I called back on Wednesday to schedule an appointment, to which she responded with threats of charging me again if I didn't come in before Saturday because she has a policy of 1 week only. When I told her She never shared this policy with me before, she said " I'm not talking to this annoying girl" and hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. She then texted me blaming me for the results. This was such a horrible experience and a waste of money. Please do not come to her. She could tell i was in a super stressful situation and told me that by the end of the day, she'd sort out my need for make up artists for my wedding. That very same evening Jessica got back to me with 2 incredible make up artists, Stephanie and Breiana, both of whom were willing to comply with the covid restrictions imposed by my wedding venue. The paperwork to reserve the artists was extremely reasonable and easy to follow. I was able to fill it out and pay my deposit the next day. In addition, Jessica reserved these artists for the entire morning so they were able to travel to the venue where i was getting ready. I can't say enough about the actual work these artists did.
