I looked through the local Facebook pages at recommendations and contacted the top two names I kept seeing recommended over and over. Neither of those companies saw my issue as a priority and were in no hurry to come out. They wanted me to wait about 2 weeks. I went on Yelp and saw this company, Family First Pest Solutions. The name immediately drew me in because I'd much rather support a family business as opposed to a huge chain. They didn't have many reviews, but the reviews they did have were amazing. I requested a quote on Yelp and got an answer within 20 mins with a list of different pricing options. Wow. Most companies like to beat around the bush or give you a huge estimate range. These people were to the point. I called and Linda immediately answered the phone. She was so sweet and said she would try to get us in today. (This was about 2pm and most businesses close at 5pm. I was very hopeful and appreciated them trying to get us taken care of.) Sure enough, her husband, the technician, texted me an estimated window of arrival. He gave me an ETA about 20 mins before showing up and arrived exactly when he said he would. He identified the problem immediately and explained how he was going to get rid of the wasps. He did his job quickly and let me know that the work was guaranteed for 60 days. Just like he said, within 2 days the wasps are completely gone. The professionalism, kindness, communication, and willingness to help us has made an impact. We will for sure be calling them in the future if we need anything. Their prices are fair as well, including the monthly maintenance packages. They blow the big chain company that starts with a "D" out of the water for sure. If you have any kind of pest issues, definitely give them a call. I promise you they will treat you better than the big guys will. We will recommend them any chance we get.

I had a rat infestation in my house for about a month. I tried catching them myself but only got a couple and decided to hire the professionals. Seth took care to make sure all entrances to my house were sealed and answered various questions I had regarding the rats. As of today all of the rats are gone and I am very happy. My only complaint is the front desk not booking me properly. I had to call multiple times to confirm and book appointments. A couple appointments I told them to book me for a couple hours because I still heard rat activity midway through the process, but the front desk waved me off and booked me for a 30 minute "trap check" appointment. However, when Seth came for those appointments he took his time and spent multiple hours at my house on several occasions sealing more entrances and setting more traps. Very happy with the workers but I think the process could have been sped up if the front desk had booked the workers properly and in a more timely fashion.

With water being harder and harder to find and the fires taking more and more of the "wild" , wildlife has been more frequent these days.... And those little critters are destructive! The first time: I came home to an enclosed patio COVERED in little white raccoon handprints IN PAINT! Those suckers opened up a paint can and decided to play with it while I was gone one weekend....and once they knew how much fun it was to play in my patio I couldn't keep them away. So I called Urban Wildlife Trapping. On another occasion: I had a possum that decided to take up residency under my shed.... Which would have been fine if it didn't try to climb the dang thing every night- all I heard were those nails on the metal siding for HOURS..... so I had to make another call to Urban Wildlife Trapping... Then: There was ANOTHER family of raccoons.... And then a fox that identified as a house cat... and lastly another family of raccoons. I am not sure when my home became so welcoming but it may get to a point that I'll need to rent a room to one of the employees and Urban Wildlife Trapping so they cane save on gas money getting out to my place! Everyone here is so nice, very professional and well trained in trapping animals humanely and efficiently. Who knew that a one time google for animal trappers would lead me to a company that I would gladly use over and over. He came out the same day and built a trap himself that fit around their only exit on the roof. He also set up a camera to monitor them which was cool because he would text videos of them to keep me posted of the progress in catching them.
