The workers at Outback Zack are great. The worker who primarily came to my house was Seth. He is…read moreextremely friendly, a hard worker, and very helpful with all of the questions that I had. I had a rat infestation in my house for about a month. I tried catching them myself but only got a couple and decided to hire the professionals. Seth took care to make sure all entrances to my house were sealed and answered various questions I had regarding the rats. As of today all of the rats are gone and I am very happy. My only complaint is the front desk not booking me properly. I had to call multiple times to confirm and book appointments. A couple appointments I told them to book me for a couple hours because I still heard rat activity midway through the process, but the front desk waved me off and booked me for a 30 minute "trap check" appointment. However, when Seth came for those appointments he took his time and spent multiple hours at my house on several occasions sealing more entrances and setting more traps. Very happy with the workers but I think the process could have been sped up if the front desk had booked the workers properly and in a more timely fashion.

They guarantee for 24 hours and they came out again no charge. They suggested I talk to my neighbors to see if they would consider the service to just keep them from running from property to property. I did talk to them so we will see if they will call them. I also learned a lot about these squirrels, one they are not native to California someone brought them here at some time. Very knowledgeable! I highly recommend High Desert Wildlife for any removal of wildlife! Great people!

I don't know where to even begin when it comes to anything other than cats and dogs in my yard,…read morewhich is why I keep these guys on speed dial! With water being harder and harder to find and the fires taking more and more of the "wild" , wildlife has been more frequent these days.... And those little critters are destructive! The first time: I came home to an enclosed patio COVERED in little white raccoon handprints IN PAINT! Those suckers opened up a paint can and decided to play with it while I was gone one weekend....and once they knew how much fun it was to play in my patio I couldn't keep them away. So I called Urban Wildlife Trapping. On another occasion: I had a possum that decided to take up residency under my shed.... Which would have been fine if it didn't try to climb the dang thing every night- all I heard were those nails on the metal siding for HOURS..... so I had to make another call to Urban Wildlife Trapping... Then: There was ANOTHER family of raccoons.... And then a fox that identified as a house cat... and lastly another family of raccoons. I am not sure when my home became so welcoming but it may get to a point that I'll need to rent a room to one of the employees and Urban Wildlife Trapping so they cane save on gas money getting out to my place! Everyone here is so nice, very professional and well trained in trapping animals humanely and efficiently. Who knew that a one time google for animal trappers would lead me to a company that I would gladly use over and over. Thanks guys for all you help in the past, and I am sure with this heat I will see you soon!

He tracked down where they were getting in and put in a custom one-way door, basically an eviction notice they couldn't argue with. The raccoons moved out, nobody got hurt, and I finally got my house back. He came back out later and built a custom crawl space door so they can't sneak back in for round two. Solid work and it actually looks good. Renee was easy to talk to, answered fast, and did exactly what he said he'd do. No runaround, no drama. So happy to have found them. They started out with a few employees, but now they have expanded. They cover some of the Mojave Desert and Inland Empire regions. They offer quarterly or one-time service. Pricing will vary depending on choice of frequency. Prices are very reasonable. Technicians are professional, friendly, and respectful. They arrive at the property timely on the day of the service. Their technicians listen attentively to the concerns and address them the best they can. Their visit is usually very quick... spray outside and inside. Thank you to all the technicians who have provided great service at my house. The quality solution they use is odorless and it WORKS AMAZINGLY! No ants and no spiders to be seen for most if not all of the year. Once in a blue moon, I may see one or two come on out to scout for food and water... sorry, if I see the pest, it's over time. If I don't see them, then they may live another day LOL. From all the years of using Dixon service, I've only had to call them out once per year. There may have been one year that I needed to call them back for a respray, but other than that one time, it has been wonderful! I will continue to use them till the end of time. I highly recommend Dixon Pest Control for your pest control needs. Hands down the best professional staff, quality solution, and amazing service in the high desert and beyond! Thank you Dixon!! Continue to be great at your craft!!!
