I can't begin to compliment RTS and Gary for the serivce I received. I've always had spotty WiFi service here at Pinetop Cottages and in July it finally was to the point I had to do something about it. In July during a horrible thunderstorm and on a Saturday Gary came out and hooked up a temporary WiFi hub so that my customers were able to have access to the Internet. He did NOT have to do that but I guess he could tell by the frustration in my voice that I needed help. We were scheduled for service to install the full WiFi units in all of the cottages on that Thursday. Gary showed up to install on Thursday as promised and of course again in the middle of a thunderstorm. Since the installation he has checked back with me to make sure that everything was in working order for myself and my customers. Now that's Service!!! He notes this is a USB 3.0 cable which commands a premium on this 3 foot cable. Which will run me $15.99 for used. Really? Typically I would have bought it at this price new from a store but couldn't reward this place with my business based on this experience. Next place I went to was closed so I ordered it new from Amazon for 1/3 the cost.
