The worst thing about this company is not the poor quality, high prices or long turnaround times, it was the poor attitude of an employee that resulted in my decision to never do business with this sign company again. Granted, they removed the torn lettering as well as the lettering that was put on crooked / not straight; however, they did it with an attitude. If you don't take of your customers, another company will. SERVICE is More Important than Product; this company fails to understand this. High Country Signs needs to do better.

John, the owner, and his wife, Jenny, along with Brandon and the other team members create a great experience. It's got a small town vibe with lots of pre-made items; with the ability to have items custom made. Great experience!
