One of my teenage daughters needed some specific dancewear for her dance class tomorrow and we waited til the last minute but I'm glad we did and found this place! Kudos for being open when everyone else is closed and for the great customer service! Next time we need something, we will make the trip out here again!

I needed them completed within a day, and after calling multiple shops in the area, Frisco Sports Center was the only place that was confident they could get the job done. Not only did they deliver, but they truly went above and beyond. Despite the incredibly short turnaround, the quality of the customization exceeded my expectations. They didn't just finish the jerseys on time. They made sure they were completed with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. Seeing my parents' reaction when they received the jerseys is a memory I'll cherish forever, and Frisco Sports Center played a huge part in making that moment possible. They turned what felt like an impossible last-second request into something truly special. I'll always be grateful for the care, effort, and pride they put into making my vision come to life. If you're looking for outstanding customer service, incredible quality, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Frisco Sports Center. We have bought quite a few Zapotec Indian runners here and they have a beautiful selection of them…read more We are not ranch people so the only reason we go is to look at their unique home furnishings and accessories. We don't always buy something because there are only so many $3000 hand tooled leather chairs you can buy but enjoy looking. That said, we have spent some money here on our trips for accessories for the home. Here is my problem with the place. The woman who manages the place follows us around the store and gives us the impression that we are being profiled as shoplifters. While she is nice, she almost always is following us through the store. I have never had this feeling shopping anywhere else. I never mentioned this to my wife but after our 4th time visiting the store, she mentioned it to me, so if we both sensed it, it must be a real thing which has made the trip in uncomfortable. It is a shame because we like the home accents they sell and would buy clothing here for our girls on occasion but have decided the attention we receive makes this store an uncomfortable store to shop in. 5 stars for store 2 stars for experience with staff.

The fact is I have big dreams for the other spaces in the Huddleston building in downtown Celina, but that's a story for another time. THIS SHOP IS GORGEOUS! This isn't your regular soccer mom clothes. This is sequins, embroidery, bold colors, textured neutrals HEAVEN. And the owner grew up nearby and has worn western wear her whole life--so she's passionate about high quality REAL boots that fit perfectly and accurate western wear. They even have a hat bar to design every element of a hat including branding and the thingy that wraps around the hat that has a proper name that I don't know. It's freaking amazing. I recently visited Willow House Boutique with a friend for a local shopping day. While we were…read moreinitially greeted warmly and enjoyed the selection, the customer service experience took a sharp turn the following day. I had already heard complaints from other friends, but I love my town and I want to shop local. During checkout, we both purchased travel-sized perfumes. That night, my friend opened hers only to find the bottle completely empty. We returned the next day to exchange the defective item, but were met with a snotty and accusatory attitude from the manager. Rather than a simple "I'm sorry about that," she immediately began telling us stories about customers who buy perfume and return it empty a week later--clearly implying we might be doing the same. There is no way that she used all of the perfume in one night and then had the audacity to return it. We can afford a $28 bottle of perfume and hold ourselves to high morals and values. She also claimed that only managers had the "authority" to handle this, as perfumes are typically "final sale." She insinuated that if we did not have the "luck" to have her or another manager there, we would have had to come back when one was there. What?? She also said on numerous occasions...please call us as soon as you realize there is a problem. Listen, it was like 7 or 8:00 PM, I am sure my friend was already unhappy that she paid for an empty bottle, had to go out of her way to return it...she brought it back the next day. I think that is good timing. Plus...you were closed. Ironically, she then admitted that several boxes in the shipment had arrived damaged, which would explain the empty bottle, yet she still chose to treat us with judgment and excuses rather than professional accountability. Why not check all of the merchandise received if there were damaged boxes? That is what I would have done prior to putting them out for sale. She is saying this all while knowing that they are not returnable. She fully inspected the returned empty bottle, but perhaps she should have taken the time to do this prior to putting them out for sale. I've seen responses to other reviews suggesting customers come speak to them personally about issues, but based on this interaction, doing so only invites unwarranted judgment and accusatory behavior. It is a shame, as there are many other fabulous boutiques on the square that value their customers. I cannot speak for my friend, but I will not be returning.
