The lady on the phone said there was nothing they could do but give me $10 off really $10 off of $173. That's ridiculous. You shouldn't have sent me a text saying one time and after I confirm it ask if I can do later and we're told no then do it anyways. You should've stuck with the appointment time that was confirmed and made the other one later. That's is bad business practice. The lady on the phone was not very personable and was gruf.
