We went for regular maintenance on our 2013 car and left with that and a new car! Katie Dillard was so helpful getting our car into maintenance and making sure the recalls and software were updated too. I mentioned to her that I needed another car for additional drivers in our family. she introduced me to Tim Lowery who helped find us the perfect vehicle. They even paid for and Uber for us to go to other nearby car dealerships while our service was being done to compare. We couldn't find a better vehicle for the quality and cost than Fields. and with the exceptional customer service we received, we wouldn't want to go anywhere else. From service to sales and financing, every team member that's helped us was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and not pushed into a sale or upsale. We are now Fields customer for life!

Tim Lowery is the best darn salesman in the Southeast. This dealership is among the few great dealerships that remain in this industry. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction and their transparent, no-gouge pricing is refreshing. At the direction of Rick Green, General Manager, you can feel the energy as soon as you walk in this store. Their employees are happy, which trickles down to the customer. Special shout-out to Lanette in Finance who informs her buyers vs. trying to make money off them and Malik for his incredible walk-around skills. I would highly recommend Fields to any of my friends and family. You can't go wrong with this team.

What a day! It's never a bad idea to take your Father who just might be interested in purchasing a new Mercedes SUV for himself to the nearest Mercedes Dealership. This particular Mercedes Dealership is in Lakeland, FL. Like most Mercedes dealerships, it is very nice inside, clean and flashy. However, I will say I was a bit disappointed in the fact that Dad and I couldn't get acknowledgment or a Sales person for the first 35 minutes we were there. I guess I'm super spoiled by Greenway Mercedes in Houston, because you CANT walk into my Mercedes dealership here in Houston with out someone from all departments asking you if you have been helped. I digress. So back to Fields in Lakeland. I went to the parts area I think and asked this young lady if anyone was working today and could I get a salesperson. Finally a young man named Marco showed up. I told him that he's in for a good time today so let's go. Marco was a super cool and nice young man. He was very accommodating with my Dad in showing him the SUV's. Dad was very happy. I feel like this dealership may be short staffed like most of the country so I do understand the wait and then no gas in our first test drive of a Mercedes. However, greeting still needs to happen no matter what or whom. And yah, let's make sure there's gas in these cars. Finally the most fun part was a test drive for me. The infamous G Wagon!! The saying is so true. You never know who might walk into your dealership and buy a $160k vehicle. So I was thankful to Marco for humoring me. I will get that G63! My Dad says he will be back to make that purchase. Hopefully Marco keeps with him so he can ABC. ;-).

They have no clue on how to treat customers. They hold back on your trade and try to get full retail on what they are selling

On 9/29/25 I purchased a car at Regal Kia at Lakeland, Fl after signing all documents and completed…read moreall the process, the salesman said they had lost a key to the car. (A key he mentioned costs about $500) He said would have the key turn in to me in no time. I came back on 10/3/25 ( missed work) only to be told they CANT find the key. Today is 10/9/25 I have been given the run around regarding this issue. I had to missed work again and things I had to do because he stated the key guy goes to the dealership on Thursday, I am here asking for a loaner while they fix THEIR MISTAKE and they are denying to provide one.

At 3:00 pm i called them back because nobody ( dolce) did not call me back , talked to frannie again she is the best , she apologized because car was under contract and not available she said i could speak to the manager in used cars and connected me. Explained to him what happened and said he couldn't do anything about it , Explained to him I'm retired was in customer service industry for 52 years and said you always call people back and all he said was they were to busy. I then asked him why I should come back, I do not have a car an he said if he was me he wouldn't and I was shocked .Worst customer service ever ( besides frannie was excellent and went above and beyond only one) I had and I will not be ever back still looking far car elsewhere, image that .Thank you Robert G Maher. Zero star do not go there .
