I learned that they operate completely separately and are franchised, yet the guys from the Rochester location clearly had a lot of pride in their location and the Two Men and a Truck name and were very disappointed to hear another location packed my u-pack truck the way they did. They seemed to work harder to make up for my experience in VT. They were extremely kind, friendly, worked to fix broken furniture if they could. Not to mention they were extremely efficient and finished before they estimated it would take. The manager also called and was friendly and helpful as well! I've used this company out of Philly before and had a similar experience! Highly recommend them! I will be contacting them again when I need to move next.

We were arriving on Sunday and moving Tuesday morning. My mom has called a few times from the east coast and had general information. Damon came to us on Sunday and went over things with her so she understood what would be happening and pricing. On Monday 2 very professional looking gents arrived and in a few short hours helped us pack up a TON of stuff. Everything was wrapped and packed better then I would have been able to in such a short time. We had so many boxes around in a small area it was hard to move and keep packing. They also were able to help take some things off the walls as we had no tools in the place. Damon called later that afternoon to ensure we were ready to go as we could be and see if there was anything we needed more help with. I thought that was great and never have I had that type of service before. Tuesday morning they arrived at 8AM on the dot. The 2 men that were to come and pack the truck arrived as well as Damon and Mr. Adams to help get the truck packed. I could not believe how quickly that had everything done. In the space of less then an hour they had the entire apartment cleared out and packed in the truck. Everything was handled with the utmost care and kindness. They even brought special packing materials to ensure that a very old grandfather clock was moved with out incident. It was very nice to see our family history being cared for so delicately. They knew we were short on time and help to get the little bit of garbage left in the apartment bagged up so I could get it to the dumpster before we left. We made the 2 hour drive and the same amount of care that was taken to load was taken while unloading and putting into our storage unit. They were careful to make sure to keep certain things in the places we wanted them so they could be accessed when needed for grandmother's new residence. I would recommend them again and again to anyone who asks. I wish they had been here in Denver when I needed movers as I have several times over the years. Thank you Damon, Jerry, Blake and Mr. Adams for your help. Tip: Make sure you keep your garbage bags out; you may need them to clean up after all your stuff is moved out.
