we bought a house and as we started to work on things or use things we found out we had some issues with outdoor water spigot, bath water adapter, washing machine water lines and dishwasher plumbing. and all 3 times they treated us amazing and came to save the day in a timely manner. very helpful and we appreciate all the help as we are not very kno on these things.. we have found the company who we will call for whatever water plumbing needs we have and would definitely 100% recommend them too everyone.. and they don't break the bank either.. very nice people.. and Rick is just an amazing helpful guy.. thanks for making our home buying not become a nightmare. read more

I had bad leak in the basement sink. Called Monday morning and they were able to come and take care of it that day. Even took care of the upstair bathroom sink. Very reasonable. Will use again. read more

Update: got a call from some salesperson a while ago . He only called to tell me to takedown yelp…read morereview. He didn't want to help at all, he just wanted the review down. We've asked for the materials to do the job correctly ourselves and that too was turned down. The house halves don't line up, which is part of the problem with the floor, but it's bad everywhere. Only one more option I guess , even though I dislike bringing courts into anything . These people are deceiving at best, corrupt more like it. Btw, floor joists on one half of the house warp over an inch as well...ya think that might be part of the problem too?

Hockenson's is awesome! We live in an old house, and had a drain issue - Rhonda got them to come out in a very short time (thanks Rhonda!). They took care of it in short order and to our complete satisfaction! Every guy thinks he is a DYIer, but when the problem demands a professional, Rick and his crew are my "go to" guys!
