Our 3 month old new Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer was making noises-putting small puddles of water on the floor and had a freezer door seal that was loose. Benjamin was scheduled from a nearby town in a day or so and was very prompt with even a "heads up call" when he was 3 minutes away. He is super polite, very cordial and clean and tidy.
