The only thing negative that I have to say is that when it's time to check out, it's hard to find someone at their register & you have to search for someone. I went to Visionworks before for an eye exam and they got my children's AND my prescriptions wrong.... So we went a whole year with the wrong prescriptions because the insurance wouldn't cover another exam or glasses. The only downside is that WalMart doesn't have a very big selection of glasses. And they are rather expensive when it comes to buying glasses there. But I will never again go to anyone but Dr Elliott when it comes to my prescriptions!!

I picked up my order and checked to see that I had the number of items I was supposed to have. When I got home and I as storing my cream, I ended up with two tubes that had been used as testers in the store! TWO! One was almost empty and the other well over half empty, not that it matters because I'm not using a disgusting tester tube of anything. This store is horrible. They have messed up two of my last three orders. I order online in an attempt to avoid this location, but it's the closest to me by far, so if items are out of stock online I don't have a choice.

Overall, PacSun, 5/5, but your prices can be a bit outrageous during the winter months. Although I am more than happy to throw down sixty dollars for quality board shorts or 30 bucks for tees in the summer, the winter should be a much different story. I understand its "California inspired style", but anyone who's been out west can tell you it DOES get cold in Cali. It would be nice to see a better winter and summer selection distinction. In summation, while the prices can be exuberant at times, you are getting EXACTLY what you are paying for -- in style, fashionable, reliable clothes. With friendly and genuinely caring staff, PacSun is probably my favorite place to shop.
