Bought a couple of shirts online from Dick's online and on Friday 4/20 had to return them both…read more Had paid for them with my debit card which was immediately withdrawn from my account as I would expect. When I returned the items they credited the entire amount back to that debit card. It is now 3 days later and still no money back in my account. I called the store and spoke to the store manager Lindsay and she informed me that it was because MY bank hadn't credited it back to me (I had talked to a person at my bank BEFORE my call to Dick's who said that the refund was NOT pending in my account). I informed the Lindsay of this and she then said that it was Dick's policy for returns was 3-5 business days. I asked her "Now which is it. the bank's fault or Dick's policy the reason it isn't in my account? She then said that I did not need to yell at her (which I most certainly wasn't). I told her that I wasn't yelling at her, I was just telling her why I would not be buying from Dick's again. Lindsay then HUNG UP on me. This is NOT customer service. I did NOT yell, curse, threaten or anything of the sort. I then called and talked to her District manager and he didn't seem really concerned either. VERY POOR SERVICE

This location is huge and has metered parking right out front. Inside, you'll find everything Marshall-related you could ever want. As a medical student here, it's great to be able to walk in and buy merchandise specific to our program as gifts for my family and friends. I feel their prices are fair considering the high quality of the items, and they are generous in working with special sales-related fundraisers like the Class of 2021's scholarship fundraiser. Given the size of the place, it can sometimes be a challenge to find what you're looking for, though the staff is always quick to offer their help in hunting down that specific item you need. Overall, Glenn's is awesome and I am glad that Marshall works so closely with them rather than some big national megacorp. Kudos to them both! The people are friendly, they will work with you to get you what you want, and if they are steadfast against a white shirt and you prove you can sell them, they will line up behind you and make them. If you are fundraising... this is the place to go... they set up and online store and take care of selling the clothing online, collecting the money, offer shipping to out-of-town buyers.... and here is the best part.... Hometown divides the orders so the fundraising committee collects a check and can offer pick up to locals. No fuss, no sweat, no headaches! sdee some of the things we sold.

Finished shopping and paid. Got outside and opened it and it was the wrong size and returned back into the store where they refused to return it. They have a sign posted to please not open product in the store. And have a policy where you can't get your own ammunition. They place the price tag over the only place on the box that shows the size. So when they put the product on the shelf it the locked cabinet you can only go by what the tag on the shelf says. I understand not returning certain items but having them policies in place and then punishing the customer because of employee error. Which either was she didn't really know what size we asked for or it was put on the shelf in the wrong labeling and the employee couldn't tell because again your price tag covered the only place on the box to tell the ammunition size. And now I'm out almost $40. You need a new policy because someone dropped the ball while performing their job duties and I didn't receive my money back and managers were very rude including the store manager on the speaker phone with the manger on duty
