The agent, Tamika, no showed my appointment at 12:30 yesterday, then called me three hours later and asked if I could come in today because she "didn't realize she had morning appointments", so who knows how many other people she fucked over. I arrived today at 2:25, as she suggested I come at 2:30, to find another person who had been waiting 45 minutes for his appointment, to find her nowhere in sight. He told me he had waited for her two hours the last time he had an appointment and she never showed. I left at 2:35, given that after this I don't even trust her to handle my paperwork correctly. I came here to try to get my fingerprinting done for a new job-- it was one of the few locations that were approved by my new employment and despite some of the reviews -- I was willing to give the place a shot. I made an appointment for a Monday at 11am and showed up to a locked door and a sign that said 'closed' despite the fact that they open at 10am. I waited around for an hour, thinking maybe they were late. No one ever did show up. Tried calling -- no one picked up the phone. I asked one of the medical staff who were heading out to lunch from the next suite if they knew anything about Fider -- they proceeded to tell me that the suite is closed more than 80% of the time and that the technicians don't even show up when you make appointments (they come and go as they please). My advice, if you're trying to get preemployment documents and tasks done and you have a time restraint-- you're better off avoiding this facility. read more

We were recommended by good friends of ours and we've since then referred several of our friends and family to him because he's that good. He's extremely knowledgeable and very well invested in what he does. Yes you may have to wait sometimes but that's how good he is...everyone wants his services! There's only 1 of him. This isn't an HR block where you get just anybody to do you taxes. If you believe in what he does, you will be happy to wait. He's worth it no doubt. He gives you the max refund he can, he gives you advise on how to prepare and maximize your refund for the following year, and for his great services he doesn't charge you an arm and a leg.
