Internet service is working fine, but had my service installed last December, tech said my underground cable had been cut and installed one on the grass for now, someone else will come by to bury it. 6 months later and it's still on the grass. Constant (Daily) outages. Sent a tech out, he blamed it on the coax connector. Refused to check from the tap, then 20 minutes after he left (literally) the internet went out again. Spent several more hours waiting for him to come back, to finally check the outside line and he saw the signal fluctuate wildly then die several times. Has to send a "lineman" because it's at their box. Lo and behold, we're out again. Terrible. AT&T sucks just as bad in our area. read more

It's just unreliable and seems pretty expensive compared to peers. Once they installed the service, they never came back to bury the cable, despite multiple calls. read more

Too many darn outages and not enough bill credits... literally just had an outage about two weeks ago and now yet another-When you call it says they are aware of the problem however does not give an estimated repair time.... but y'all know when y'all want my payment in wow Customer service reps are usually nice but the one I spoke w was condescending in her tone so I figured it was "review time ". Abhorrent service and rude agents... Set up service. In 4 days, internet crashed over 25 times.. Called to complain and was told a tech would be out in 3 days.Interner continued crashing over the weekend Monday morning I got called into work. I had to cancel the tech appointment. Somehow that morphed into " my request for cancelation " I cancelled the tech appointment,NOT my service. When I called later, I was told emphatically that I did indeed cancel. Your people are wrong.. You should have provided me with solutions, not argue with me.. I see that for my area, Fidelity is the ONLY provider.. Now I understand the attitude. You have a monopoly in this area, and know that if I want internet,I have to suffer through your rude,poorly trained staff,and INFERIOR service. I have complained vociferously and still no resolution. I have now moved onto my campaign to cost them as much heartache as possible... I will continue to yell and complain. I am making a complaint with the BBB, posting to FB and any other venue that will allow potential customers to see what this company is all about . If my apartment didn't have them set up I wouldn't use them. Unless you are required AVOID this company. The outages are constant, you can't set up payments in advance to pay your bill on the due date, but if you pay late they are cutting off your services (2 days late). I highly recommend anyone besides this company for your cable and internet needs. read more

****I live in Little Rock, Ar.****I received the flyer in the mail and called the number listed. I told the girl I spoke with that I checked online to see if the service was in our area, and it said to call them. Well when I called, and after speaking with her, I was told she would need to send a tech out to make sure service is REALLY available to our address. Online it said it was, but we wanted to make sure. She took my number and said she would call me back the next day to let me know. Well, after 3 days, I called back and was left on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up. Until today, after reading the awful reviews, I was STILL trying to get service from these folks. How inept do you have to be that you can't even accept new business??? Apparently this is typical with this company. Even current customers are complaining on Facebook about not being able to reach anyone. Either get it together or close your business. I don't care which one you choose, BUT DO SOMETHING!!!
