We had the most wonderful appointment at Arlington Dental Studio today. The office is beautiful and the front desk staff is really nice. The orthodontist Dr. Mahoney was very kind as well. My 9 year old daughter Paige was kind of nervous going in, but the dental assistant Tyvia is a ROCK STAR!!! She made my daughter feel comfortable immediately which in turn made me relax. Dental appointments can be very anxiety inducing, but Tyvia was so sweet and funny and she made the appointment enjoyable for Paige. Tyvia gave Paige the best experience she has ever had at the dentist office. We absolutely LOVE her and hope she works with Paige on her next appointment. read more

I moved years ago. I remain a patient because they are simply the best. They provide excellent care and the office is always spotless.

Long story but I'll keep it short. Had an appointment for Tuesday, found out Friday evening that i couldn't make it. Called on Monday to cancel, she said there was a $50 charge to cancel but since i wasn't aware and it was my first cancelation she would waive the fee. Week later i get a bill for $50, i called back and she gave me attitude saying that the policy is on their door even tho she stated she would waive it for me. This place cares more about a $50 fee than losing a patient who was going to spend thousands of dollars for dental work. They have their priorities all messed up. read more

I had another great experience with Dr. Hong, Cathy, Paola and Juliana. I keep trying to hire Juliana but she is very happy at Fidel. Dr Hong removed a piece of broken tooth an oral surgeon left behind when he performed an extraction. I had a chronic fistula and Dr. Hong took care of the problem. I also had a crown fitted and it was perfect! If their excellent care becomes more well known there will be a line down Columbia Pike trying to get in to see the good doctors read more

Horrible office. Long story short, I had recent xrays with me for my cleaning. They retook them and said that via email they spoke to me about their bad quality. I asked to see that email since I never had a conversation with anyone about that. They responded later and stated I was verbally told in the office which is also false. Now I am waiting for their call for over 2 weeks now but they only care about lying and charging me. Especially during Covid-19, choose another business to support!! read more

This office has the most modern and effective diagnostic and treatment equipment, like high def cameras to show fillings and their condition, and sonic cleaning which is noticeably better and deeper. I would have rated no star if I could. Everything went wrong. It took too long (several months) to get an appointment for a new patient to just get a simple cleaning, and on the appointment day, instead of getting you treated well, they are trying to get rid of you by saying "we don't have time, we have other appointments, and we are closing soon." I told them what I wanted, i.e. cleaning, for the appointment. I didn't get cleaning since after they did a simple check-up, they told you to leave and just keeping telling you your time is up without providing the service you requested, and they didn't tell me how long the appointment would be beforehand. If they don't have time for my service, why schedule me saying you are available for serving me?! After the check-up, when you have questions about what's going on, the dentist didn't even bother to explain and just told you to get out and talk to the front desk receptionist. They asked me to reschedule for their own inconvenience, not mine. The first time, they called me a few hours before my original appointment time. The second time, they called me 1 hour before to new scheduled time. When you called them, they keep putting you on really long holds. They didn't explain about how the appointment works before I came or on the appointment day, what's gonna happen the day of the appointment, what I needed to know about the treatment, what treatment I am getting or how and when I can get the treatment results afterwards. On the appointment day,they lost my paperwork which I filled in and made sure being submitted successfully in advance before I came to my appointment and asked me to do them again without a valid explanation of why, didn't even apologize for wasting all my time and energy. They didn't tell me what's happening, and they didn't care about Hygiene at all, not Dental Hygiene, or any other kinds of Hygiene. The office doesn't seem clean. They also didn't have anything to clean your hands or their own hands in the waiting area or in the treatment offices or areas, like Hand Sanitizer, Moist Hand Towelettes, Antibacterial Soap, etc. Neither the doctors or staffs cleaned their hands before starting treating me. They didn't do anything or care to ask me if I need anything to clean my mouth before and after they put equipment or their hands in my mouth. My mouth was filled with the awful plastic smell and metal smell, which have also been touched by the staff's and dentist's unwashed hands. The chair they made me sit during the appointment on was dirty; you could see stains all over it. They gave you a clearly old/nasty sunglasses and told me to wear during the appointment. Obviously, it has been worn by too many people. There was no sign of cleaning or any kind of treatment before handing to a new patient. It was lying on the table all the time, no cover, no case, nothing to keep it clean. There was NOT a hygienist there at all during my appointment. The staff wasn't welcoming. They didn't even introduce themselves until you asked, like their name, when talking with you, especially after you have introduced yourself. In the whole process, they don't tell you about their office, what they can do or can not do, what they can offer to you, or any sort of information about dental. They didn't even give you their contact information for you as a new patient. The office wasn't welcoming either. There was no water or any drink, or magazines. After treating you, they didn't tell you how the billing is gonna work, like if they are sending you a bill later or sending one to your insurance, how much the bill is, how long it takes them to send it to you, which way they are sending it out, or what are being billed, etc. They told you you seriously need treatments (deep cleaning and fillings) and need to get them as soon as possible but can only schedule you another month or two later, and with a different dentist, which they claim to be the only one can do those seemed can be done be any normal dentist, which suggests their dentists or staff are not competent at all. The staff took the Xrays said she never had any school for doing the job she is doing and that was her first day in the office, which also made me worried. They also gave wrong information about billing when I asked them how the co-pay works. They told me my insurance covers 80% and that's the same for every dentist, but later I found out that's NOT true. It depends on if the dentist is in or out of network. It's actually 90% since they are in network. They keep putting off your request of releasing of your own records when the records are ready, and told you it's their policy and they have no time, which they didn't tell you before you became a patient. read more

I only saw Dr. Salinger in this office, other dr.'s may be better. I hated my entire experience with Dr. Salinger. I needed a filling replaced, which turned into a root canal. The only good part was the wonderful recommendation for an endodontist (Dr. Mischenko on Wisconsin Blvd). I wish I had listed to my gut reaction from the first visit and found another Dentist. I hoped that his age meant he would have a good level of experience to get to a quality end result, but I have been unhappy with the work during each visit and the final crown installation ever since it was complete in April. read more

I'm surprised at how few reviews this place has. My husband and I moved into town and found them because they were in-network through our insurance. We honestly couldn't be happier! We both had Dr. Sandra Glikman for cleanings and each of us had a follow up for fillings. She and her staff were very professional and made the entire experience surprisingly very enjoyable (for going to the dentist)! They were very friendly and there wasn't much of a wait at all. This place is by far the worst medial office I have ever been to in my 35 years of living. They canceled by appointment twice on the days that they were scheduled, and they charged me $100 on my debit card for services that I did not receive!
