After several attempts of contacting "kevin" the SMALL BUSINESS owner to try to remedy this, mind you we know the warranty has expired. We were told the product was discontinued...long story short we contacted the manufacturer of the floor product and were informed the product has not been discontinued but the locking style had been changed due to problems with installation. Guess what..the new locking style is not compatible with the last version,so any problems means THE WHOLE floor needs to be replaced, guess who's avoiding that. Was also told by the manufacturer that a professional floor REFERY WOULD NEED TO BE BROUGHT IN to find out what went bad. Basically we were told a non truth to avoid replacment

Now this year I discover some plants didn't make it and I've tried contacting the designer of my project as well as contacting the business all to be ignored. No one has returned my calls or email. How convenient of them to so eagerly take my money and not warranty their products and to be so rude about it by blowing me off. Well folks I've got news for you, I'm not going away and I'll be sure to spread the word to others about your lack of service after the sale.

This company resolved a big headache for us…read more We bought a house on the river with a basement and had problems the first spring. The previous owner had a system installed by a different company that didn't work at all. After getting bids from 4 companies, we chose to go with RC after consulting with others who had systems they put in. Despite the fact that the floor of our basement is lower than the river level, their system has our basement completely dry. Their whole crew was great, from the guy who did the initial consult to the crew that did the work to the secretary who answers the phone by the second ring nearly every time. We originally thought the exterior of the house would have to be dug up and re-tiled, but our problem is fixed with no exterior excavation. RC stands behind their work and makes sure you're 100% satisfied. Great company to resolve your water issues!
