Looked very sparse, the dates and walnuts were tiny, only saw the coconut shrimp once in the passed apps. The steak on the main course of the plated dinner was very small nothing like the tasting we had at secret gardens. Chicken Alfredo tortilini was not plated as we tasted. Everything was smaller portioned than our tasting. We did not go with Sagno for the cake since I did not like their cake. We ordered tiramisu, the tiramisu was not made with marscapone instead cream cheese, obviously cheaper and not the right taste. The Miami events- awesome all the way around! The vegetation is literally everywhere & the place is massive. There are paths throughout the property that take you from place to place, there's a nice swimming pool, & several houses. What makes the Walton House so cool is the animals! There are so many different birds from parrots to peacocks, even flamingos. There are several species of monkeys & even a horse. A few cats live here as well which gave off a cool Key West Hemingway House vibe. As far as it being a wedding venue, everyone loved it. The ceremony area has an archway along with enough room for a large number of guests. Reception areas are fully capable of handling several hundred people. The staff was very welcoming & helpful.
