I foolishly used a harsh cleaner on our leather couch while cleaning up after our dog. A finish applied to the leather just started peeling away. The furniture is just over 2 years old so we weren't ready to just scrap it. I started to research leather repair and I'm so glad we found Rick at Fibrenew. He's a class act. One morning, I discovered a split in the leather on the driver's seat in our 5 year old car. A friend referred me to Rick and assured me that he would be able to repair it for me as he had done repairs on their leather couch and their cars. I sent a picture to Rick and he said he could repair it. I arranged a time to bring my car to him, although he also would have come to our home. When seeing the damage up close and in person, he ran his hand over it, went to get a spray bottle and soft cloth, saying he thought something was actually stuck to the leather that made it look torn.
