I first came to them after a year of working on my jeep bit by bit, having met just about every dishonest person in vehicle repair. I was pretty burned out. I knew I wanted seats that were Katzkin Leather, and thought I might only be able to afford vinyl, and then talking directly with the company, they referred me to their licensed installer, Nick at Revision. After hearing about my jeep, he actually recommended the vinyl because of the large moon roof I've installed. He gave me a perfect price, and even picked the vehicle up for me (though don't quote me on that as I'm not sure it's standard!) he and his brother were communicative, smart, kind, and gave me honest answers where so many other people have just tried to take my money and get me out the door. His solutions were elegant, and so thrilled with the end result I truly could not be happier. This has breathed new life in my jeep, something I've been trying to do on my own for a long time. My wife and I are thrilled, and this is going to be our adventure and family car for many years to come. This is your shop. I hate to say that I come to Yelp to frequently post more negative reviews than positive. He refused to fix what he did wrong along with the damages. So at that point, I demanded that I get a refund and of course he refused. If I could give a zero star I would but I am mainly posting this review to warn people out there to stay away. If something goes wrong, he will not take accountability and you will not get your money back. Nor will he fix the issue. The owner's response below is entirely inaccurate and deflects from the actual issue. I never expected a brand-new seat; I expected the specific panels I paid for to be repaired professionally without creating new damage. The owner's technician physically ripped the leather during the process and tried to hide it with paint, and left the vinyl improperly bunched and folded. I have explicit text receipts proving the timeline of this new damage. On top of the fact that he never once said to replace the whole bottom seat and he did replace that whole side piece and the top of that leather piece where they joint together which he ripped. Once again future customers should note that when errors are made, this business will blame the customer rather than fixing their mistakes. This is a prime example.
