He took it down to the frame and fabricated new seat and back cushion inserts. We choose foam for the seats and down alternative for the back cushion inserts. The support and comfort is terrific. I did work with a to-the-trade showroom to provide Larry with the fabric, it's from the Holly Hunt Great Outdoors Collection, the fabric's name is "Journey", color is "Clover". Our high-end fabric combined with Larry's work (at very reasonable pricing and NO petty up-charges) has given us a brand new sofa and for half the price with twice the quality. Here are a few before-and-after pictures. Time-line, pick-up and delivery service was great. It's the craftsman ship we are most pleased with. I'm looking around the house now for anything else might want to update.

They were quick with a response through Yelp and even followed up with me directly before reaching out to my grandmother. Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls! Ultimately, she decided that purchasing a new vinyl recliner might be more frugal but is looking forward to having them come out and repair a leather recliner once she's got her new furniture delivered. Mike reattached the support fabric, added extra wood supports for reinforcement, and made sure everything was secure. Honestly, I thought I was going to end up needing a new couch, so I was pretty excited when he was able to fix it. The couch feels great now and the sagging is completely gone. It's so hard to find people these days who actually show up, do quality work, and don't make the whole process a headache. Originally, I left a 2-star review because I was pretty unsatisfied with the work they did. They…read moredidn't remove old caulking before applying the new one, and the glaze itself had 3 issues with it: some weird black spots, a section where the glaze dripped down and had hardened, and an exposed part of the tub that wasn't patched correctly. Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.
