Although he was knowledgeable, it was odd how he didn't take any measurements or notes, compared to other contractors we met. He reassured us that he will give us a quote. Unfortunately, no response after our meeting. I had a feeling it would end this way after the impression of not taking measurements. It was truly a waste of time for the both of us!
