They presented themselves as owners of ROI Reno Services LLC the company that would do the work on the house. Unbeknown to us they pulled the building permit under a different company (Discount Roofing) as a re-roofing job. They did not have the skilled labor to do the job. So much so they had to switch out the electrical sub-contractor 4 times, tried to put cheaply purchased cabinets when we paid for custom cabinets They abandoned the job after it was discovered by the architect on the job estimated they over billed for uncompleted work by over $100,000.00.
