I cannot say enough positive things about massage therapy for my 6-year-old son. From the very…read morefirst session, I saw a noticeable difference in his overall calmness, focus, and body awareness. Eleni was incredibly gentle, patient, and knowledgeable about working with children, which immediately put both my son and me at ease. The sessions are clearly designed with children in mind--safe, age-appropriate, and focused on wellness. My son feels relaxed, comfortable, and even excited to go. After his sessions, he sleeps better, seems more regulated emotionally, and carries himself with less tension in his body. As a parent, it's reassuring to see a holistic approach that supports not just physical relaxation, but emotional well-being too. Massage therapy has become a beautiful part of his self-care routine, teaching him early on how to listen to his body and understand healthy ways to relax. I truly believe pediatric massage is an underrated tool for helping kids thrive, and I'm so grateful we found this. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking to support their child's well-being in a nurturing and professional environment.

She's freekin strong! She knows the body well! My right leg is way tighter than my left leg. She was working on my right and was like you need to stretch. As soon as she switched to my left she called out the difference in tightness. Like within a few seconds. There were a couple examples like that. Eleni likes to chat. I wasn't bothered and enjoyed most of the convo, but I could see a lot of people wanting a quiet, relaxing experience and you may not get that.

I've had the Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages and every session has been great. The massage therapists really knows what they're doing and actually works the tension out. This was the weirdest massage experience. I was gifted a massage here and booked an appointment a…read morefew days in advance. They seemed to have loads of appointments available. I don't know any of the therapists so I let the system choose mine for me. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment time as most places want you to chill out with a cup of tea and some relaxing music before your massage. No dice. The (kinda rundown) building has a janky call box to let you in and you can't hear I'd and when someone answers to buzz you in. Another person came in with me and told me how creepy the building was - the floor she got off on was barely half lit. I get to the floor of the place and it was stinky and dimly lit too. I find the door - it's locked - and I knock. No one is there. It's late morning not first thing in the day. So I call the place and a guy answers but sounds like I bothered him - tells me that he's working remotely and will call my therapist. Then calls me to tell me she's in her way. She arrives just after when my appointment was to start. So now I'm a bit worked up but also weirdly nervous because the whole thing was so off putting. Therapist was curt and arrived with a child. I nearly changed my mind and left but decided to stay went with it. Since no one was there nothing was prepared. Cold table - warmer not on. No music, no ambiance. No offer of a drink before. Just a lot of turning on computers and lights. I don't want to be there for that when I'm there for pure relaxation. The massage itself was decidedly fine. Not terrible but definitely not the best I've experienced by any measure. It was matter of fact with no consultation really. Just business and done. I wasn't impressed. This isn't the experience I'd ever want someone else to spend their hard earned money on for some relaxation. There are comparably priced places where you'd get the full experience of a spa relaxation. Go there.

Stay far away from Glenda. If you have any preferences or requests…read moreshe will do the opposite. She hides behind what she is "feeling" which ends up being what she doesn't feel like doing. She will interrupt the services with her own thoughts; it's all about her. I seriously think she has a personality problem, since I made the mistake of going to her twice (once years ago, and then last week - oops.) When I asked her why she did not even touch the right side of my body, the side I spoke to her about before the session and what brought me in, she said she sensed that "I" wasn't ready. That's gaslighting. Apparently some passive aggressive action, too. She said "3 sessions kept coming into my mind" and wanted to string me along to keep coming back to finally actually get touched on that side of my body. I can't believe I paid for this kind of abuse. Emotional and frankly physical. Can't believe she thinks she can masquerade behind this flimsy excuse. Please, if you are feeling vulnerable and need body work do not go to this possessed person, because she will pounce on your vulnerability in a narcissistic fever. Stay away!

She also told me about their therapist that specializes in really deep massage too. The massage itself was great too with good deep pressure and she hit some spots that most massage therapists in the past haven't gotten as well. I bought a five pack of massages (never expires and can share with your girlfriend/spouse and you save $10 per 60 minute massage over the normal $90) given the great experience. Had a massage from Cheryl (owner) a few months back too; very good massage but lighter pressure than Shannon was able to do and not quite as much awesome info but would still recommend her.

She uses a lot of pressure and different techniques like stretching that really helped open things up and relax the muscles. Nicole has a great appreciation of body mechanics and anatomy which in turn I appreciate. Her office is no frills. It's a shared waiting room with a rehab type place.
