We checked in, filled out all the paperwork, and then were informed that actually, they made a mistake and they have not accepted our insurance for several years and could not see us. Terrible experience. I have worked in medical reception and this is unacceptable.

She is very kind, and just talks up a storm :) Afterwards you are brought straight to your room, and within 5 minutes Dr Medina shows up! She does her thing, helps out with any questions that you may have, and is very compassionate. You can tell she really has a passion for her job. All doctors I've seen, my GP and also other doctors when mine was unavailable, have been lovely. They have finally fixed a lot of their appointment making issues and now have a modern online appointment scheduling system with app compatibility, but also now have way less availability than previously for some reason. The past two times I've needed quick care, I wasn't able to get an appointment for nearly a week. (Ended up going to urgent care for help instead) A minimum of 5 days for a pressing issue is normal. They don't allow you to walk in and wait for an opening to pop up. Overall, the care is VERY good when you can get in and I hope they will continue to do updates with updates to the upstairs as well.
