In the meantime, the pain was getting worse, walking was extremely hard on my body and you could literally see the tears in my eyes. So I made the call in. I could not be picky on who was busy or qualified, it was sure desperation. Soothe Your Soul has been here since we moved to the area (5 years ago) and been able to handle my wife, adults kids and myself. But, this was serious shit and I was in extreme pain. My visit in (same day) went smooth and was introduced to Alexis W, she was young, personable and listened to me or laughed at me while I cried. Either way, she knew how to get me and to work the areas and I am happy to report, I was able to walk away, slowly at first but so much better than before arriving. Thank you Soothe Your Soul and Alexis for accommodating me yesterday and doing some magic, much needed magic. I will be back.

He really knows how to explain things so that you understand the concept which for me can be hard when you read it. He knows the traditions, the Sanskrit, the history. He teaches the devotional side to yoga as well as the physical side. If you truly want to learn the meaning of yoga in all its aspects , or just dig a little deeper inside, then this is the place for you. They also offer really great workshops that are one of a kind. The atmosphere is nice. It feels like an independent music label. One of a kind and authentic. The other teachers seemed friendly, the owner was totally approachable and just had this kind mannerism about him. the students were of all type from beginner to advanced who were there to learn yoga not do a fashion show. I didn't feel any judgment from this place. Just pure clean yoga. I am just bummed I do not live a little closer or this would be my studio of choice.

And now she opened up her own. It is on the upper level and kind of winds around a little bit but should be easy to find. It's covered by windows and it just felt peaceful. The money spot in the studio is the one right in front of the check in. You get the sun beaming down on you AND the cool AC blowing cool air during a vigorous practice.
