I called many companies that help with basement issues, including some large well known companies. (We have a wet basement, our wall is moving in, and our foundation is sinking.) After talking with the owner, I had a thorough understanding of what they would do to hep me. I then consulted a structural engineer. Though I hadn't given the structural engineer the names of the companies I consulted, he let me know that the plan proposed by Midwest Repair and Construction would be the best to address my issues. Midwest Repair and Construction took care of our shifting wall and foundation cracks last summer. We will have Midwest Repair and Construction come out again for "phase 2" of our foundation work. Their prices also make it possible for us to have all this work done without breaking the bank. Though home improvements can be stressful, these guys are so trustworthy and do such excellent work, I know I don't have a thing to worry about. I highly recommend them.
