What a great company. I bought my wife a Vespa for Christmas, but had to get it back from Tampa, FL to Atlanta, GA. Of course, I waited until the last minute and scrambled to find a truck rental company that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg for this haul. After calling numerous companies and getting quotes anywhere from $800 to $1,200 (plus gas and extra mileage), I found Fetch online and decided to give it a try. I have to admit, it sounded too good to be true: a decent rate and FREE gas. I said what the hell and decided to give them a shot. Ended up being the best idea I had in 2016... I used the online chat function on their website and ended up speaking with Adam. After some calculations, he estimated around $675 for my trip. I hesitantly agreed, figuring there must be a catch somewhere, but really had no options at that point. The wife and I showed up at their Roswell office early and picked the 9' transit vehicle (which Adam gave me at the 6' price as it was their last available), and off we went. The vehicle handled perfectly, was in excellent condition and obviously was well maintained. The trip was smooth to Florida, and indeed accommodations were in place for all the gas we needed. I even worked out a way with Adam (who texted me a couple of times to see if we were okay) to drop off the vehicle after hours as we both had to get to work almost as soon as we got back. Finally, after a $150 deposit, my total with Flex was $660. After an incredibly crappy year all around, this was a very welcome, pleasant development. Ever since then, I've been singing their praises and definitely recommend them to anyone needing a quick move or a long haul. After searching for a few days and becoming frustrated with the responses that were quoting me the equivalent of what it would cost to move a one-bedroom apartment when all I needed was a few pieces of furniture transported. That is when I stumbled across Fetch Truck Rental website. At first, I was a little apprehensive as the deal was too good to be true thus I waited for the other shoe to drop -- but it never did. This company handles every element of renting a vehicle to make the experience as simple as possible for the renter. They include a gas card, incase you need to refuel, include a good amount of miles, cover insurance, even help you get the mirrors straight. It's very affordable, and you don't get hit with little add-on fees. The price is exactly what is advertised, and includes everything. Great deal. I needed a truck to pick up a large piece of furniture. I tried a couple of other places and then found Fetch Truck. WOW! How easy was that! All of it done online! The Truck, parked in a local parking lot, was unlocked electronically upon completing the "check-in" process. This process only took 10 minutes total--and only that because I wasn't familiar with it. Fetch provides step by step instructions, well illustrated. Next time--AND THERE WILL BE A NEXT TIME--I expect the process of picking up the truck to take even less time. I was moving into a new apartment and needed a cargo van to move some furniture. I was going to rent a truck with U-Haul, but they ended up not having the truck that I needed, and thank goodness for that. I had to use one of their vans on Saturday to pick up a very large Christmas gift from Sears and the process was fantastic. Pay by the hour, price includes gas, insurance, and up to 100 miles. They can also deliver the truck to you or you can pick up from one of their locations and unlock the vehicle via your phone. This is an unbelievable service. We used this a few months ago to move. We hired movers for the major stuff but needed to move all the smaller items. I looked into UHaul, HomeDepot, etc....most of those were a pain and overpriced. I saved ~$200 going with Fetch for a few trips from the house and storage unit. The absolute best option for move-in/move-out days at college dorms. We own a large SUV but as many already know, the "stuff" multiplies every semester. This size definitely accomodates. This was a super easy cargo van rental. I only need it for an hour and everything went perfectly. NO surprises and best of all, I was able to book it ahead of time and knew that it would be there for me. Versus going to Home Depot and "hope" that a vehicle would be there for me.
